The bathroom exhaust fan was covered in mould. It was disgusting. The bed was extremely uncomfortable the quilt had cigarette holes all over it. The shower had mould everywhere

Awful experience. Avoid at any cost.

Good location.

Right after check-in, we discovered that both the toilet and sink were incredibly dirty. It looked not just uncleaned, but as if someone had made them dirty on purpose. We contacted the owners, but they only replied a full day later. Their only solution was to “check with the cleaning company.” This was the first, and hopefully last, time I had to clean a toilet myself in an apartment I rented for just one night. Terrible attitude towards guests, complete lack of understanding of hospitality or basic service. Be prepared for anything and don’t expect any help.

For once and as last choice...

Centric location and really beautiful just renovated bathroom. The living area was also fine and it has a balcony.

The apartment looked uncared. The walls needed to be painted since they looked dirty with handprints. In general, it needed more cleaning. Also, behind the bed is really dirty and the toilet fan. Something that shocked me was that I didn't find any amenities at all! In every place I stayed (+100 in Greece), I have always found at least 2 bottles of water in the fridge and shampoo/gel samples. Here it didn't have anything. There was a light that was not working in the kitchen, and the hairdryer was really uncomfortable to use since it was supposed to be on the wall, but you get the whole thing loose in the cupboard. The bed was really uncomfortable and annoying. It would be convenient to replace the matress. I woke up with terrible neck pain. Also the location of the bed is next to the entrance, so you hear everything and especially having the elevator next door.

Nothing at all !

The Ac was not working , no hot water , the tv not working ,no soap ,the builting very scary !!! Outs side was raining and cold and the only solution they could find when i called them was to pack my things and walk away 15 minutes in the cold and rain to change place in another builting! Never again! I left by my self the same night and i went somewhere else! By the way they dont answer telephones or messages!

Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μας δεν ήταν καλή. Κατά την άφιξή μας η πόρτα του καταλύματος ήταν ανοιχτή, κάτι που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε ανασφάλεια από την αρχή. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ στενό και έδινε την αίσθηση ότι το σπίτι έχει χωριστεί με γυψοσανίδα ώστε να φτιαχτούν κι άλλα Airbnb. Ακουγόντουσαν τα πάντα από τους διπλανούς. Υπήρχε συνεχώς θέμα με θόρυβο και δεχόμασταν συνεχώς παραπονα σε φυσιολογικές ώρες , γενικά οι ήχοι ήταν γενικό πρόβλημα του χώρου. Δεν υπήρχε καμία ιδιωτικότητα. Η κουρτίνα σερνόταν στο πάτωμα, το air condition είχε μέτρια απόδοση και δεν δούλευε σωστά. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε ούτε μία κρεμάστρα για να κρεμάσουμε τις πετσέτες, κάτι πολύ βασικό. Τέλος, τα σαπούνια χεριών και σώματος (που θεωρούνται απαραίτητα) ήταν άδεια από την πρώτη μέρα και δεν αντικαταστάθηκαν.

Pésima, muy frustrante.

Experiencia pésima! Llegamos a la hora del check-in 15 hs y no nos enviaron código de acceso, tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos en la puerta, muertas de frío y sin respuesta. La habitación estaba en condiciones inaceptables: medio rollo de papel higiénico para 2 personas y 3 noches, bandeja del horno sucia, TV y wifi no funcionaron. Para colmo, el sistema de agua caliente era complicado y no estaba listo para usar, lo que nos impidió ducharnos el primer día. A pesar de nuestros reclamos por WhatsApp, no recibimos respuesta, y cuando llamamos, la atención fue pésima. Muy mala gestión y falta de consideración hacia los huéspedes. No recomiendo.

Fue muy frustrante nuestra estadía allí.

Здравейте, за съотношение цена качество за сумата която платихме 575евро за две нощувки, услугата не беше на ниво. Мръсни пердета, чаршафа имаше петна, липса на шампоани и разреден течен сапун. Кафе машина имаше прибрана в шкафа и без капсулки кафе. Маса с един стол при посещение от двама човека. Счупена дръжка на балканската врата. При пристигане за новогодишната нощ на 31.12.2025г., можеше да има малък комплимент от стопаните на апартамента. Не сме очаровани!

Στο διαμέρισμα δεν υπήρχε καθόλου ίντερνετ. Οι οδηγίες που μας έστειλαν για το Wi-Fi δεν αντιστοιχούσαν. Το ένα δίκτυο δεν υπήρχε και το άλλο ήταν πιθανόν κομμένο. Στα αλλεπάλληλα τηλεφωνήματα που κάναμε, η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν το γνώριζαν και ότι αρχικά θα έκαναν κάτι αλλά όταν πέρασε η ώρα είπαν ότι δεν μπορούν να κάνουν τίποτα. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά και απαράδεκτη η εικόνα να ενοικιάζονται διαμερίσματα-τρύπες ως τουριστικά καταλύματα προς πλήρη εκμετάλλευση των επισκεπτών.

- η τοποθεσία ήταν εν μέρη καλή διότι βρίσκεται σε ένα πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης κ έχει κανείς καλή πρόσβαση στα κεντρικά σημεία της πόλης κ την αγορά - πολύ καλό ψυγείο χωρίς ήχους κ τα παγώνει όλα γρήγορα

- το κατάλυμα ήταν βρόμικο. Το μπάνιο είχε τρίχες - οι πετσέτες ήταν τρύπιες κ σε άσχημη κατάσταση - δεν υπήρχε αφρόλουτρο σώματος - απίστευτη φασαρία δεν υπήρχε στιγμή ηρεμίας λόγο των οχημάτων του κεντρικού δρόμου κ της κακής ηχομόνωσης - η μπαλκονόπορτα δεν κλείνει καλά υπήρχε η αίσθηση της ανασφάλειας

Η καθαριότητα χρειάζεται άμεση βελτίωση. Τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες είχαν λεκέδες, ενώ οι επιφάνειες (χερούλια μπαλκονόπορτας, ψυγείο, βρύση στον νεροχύτη, τηλέφωνο μπάνιου) ήταν εμφανώς βρώμικες. Επίσης, στον πάγκο υπήρχαν τρίχες και ψίχουλα από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες.

Oda temizdi, eşyalar yeniydi. Yaz aylarında Selanik’te çamaşır makinesi olan bir odada kalmak büyük bir konfor çünkü hava çok sıcak ve günde bir kaç kere kıyafet değiştirmek gerekiyor. Yatak rahat ve çarşaflar, havlular temizdi. Sıcak su ile ilgili sorun yaşamadık. Sabun ve şampuan vardı. Dolaplar yeterliydi. Klima iyi soğutuyordu. Konumu çok iyi, Atatürk Evi, Beyaz Kale, Aristo Meydanı yürüyüş mesafesinde. Bir dahaki seyahatimizde yine tercih ederiz.

Çamaşır asacak bir askı yoktu. Mutfakta pişirme için tava tencere yoktu. Ama tabak, bardak, çatal kaşık yeterliydi.

Nie wieder!!

Wir hatten das Zimmer bereits einen Monat im Voraus gebucht und konnten es nach der Erfahrung der letzten Woche leider nicht mehr stornieren. Diese Woche bekamen wir ein anderes Apartment und hofften, dass es besser sein würde – leider war es noch schlimmer. Die Matratze war extrem unbequem – ich bin mitten in der Nacht vor Schmerzen aufgewacht, weil die Sprungfedern so stark zu spüren waren. Die Klimaanlage hat keine kühle Luft erzeugt und der Haartrockner war nicht montiert. Die Schalldämmung ist praktisch nicht vorhanden – man hört sogar den Wecker aus dem Nachbarzimmer. Das WLAN funktionierte überhaupt nicht – der im Nachrichtentext angegebene Name des Netzwerks existierte nicht und generell gab es keinen Internetzugang. Entschuldigung, aber wir leben im Jahr 2025. Auch bei den grundlegenden Dingen gab es Mängel: Toilettenpapier musste man sich einteilen oder selbst besorgen, da es nur in kleinen Mengen vorhanden war. Die kleinen Shampoo-Fläschchen waren nicht neu, nicht versiegelt und offensichtlich wiederverwendet. Am schlimmsten war jedoch die Sauberkeit: Als wir abends ins Bett gehen wollten, entdeckten wir einen frischen Fleck auf dem Bettlaken – was bedeutet, dass es nicht gewechselt worden war. Auch die Decke und die Kopfkissenbezüge waren verschmutzt. Das führte dazu, dass wir um 23:00 Uhr abends gezwungen waren, das Zimmer zu verlassen und uns eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Leider können wir diese Unterkunft in keiner Weise weiterempfehlen. Die Erfahrung war auf allen Ebenen enttäuschend.

Die Matratze im Bett war beschädigt, sodass man die Federn spüren konnte. Die Bettdecke hatte Flecken, sodass man sie nicht benutzen konnte. Den Haartrockner musste man in die Steckdose stecken und gleichzeitig die Basis halten.

Leuk appartement om kort te verblijven om Thessaloniki te bezoeken.

Het appartement ligt lekker centraal. Alles is te voet te bereiken. Het ziet er leuk uit. Er is een rolluik voor deur en raam naar het balkon om licht en geluid buiten te sluiten.

De wifi doet het niet. Je voelt pijnlijk de veren in het matras. Er is geen meubilair op het balkon. Er is geen handdoekje om keukengerei af te drogen.

Το κρεβάτι ήταν μικρό και άβολο, τα μαξιλάρια εξίσου άβολα, ενώ η κουζίνα είχε σοβαρές ελλείψεις σε βασικά σκεύη. Δυστυχώς, δεν θα επέλεγα ξανά το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

Nie wieder!!!!

Verschmutzte Unterkunft. Schmutziges Bettzeug. Benutzte Handtücher am Boden. Keine Zugangsdaten wurden übermittelt. Mehrere Telefonanrufe blieben unbeantwortet. Danach wurden wir mehrmals vertröstet man ruft uns zurück. Es gab nie einen Rückruf. Am Ende haben sie das Telefon einfach abgedreht und niemand war um 22:30 mehr erreichbar.
