Location and size
We had asked for two sets of keys but got one and a half. We ended up getting a key cut ourselves as couldn’t hand the keys over for this to be done (as offered). On one day the WiFi was very patchy. Eventually we were offered that someone would come round but we were out and so could not give them access. Both issues were hampered by our main contact appearing to managing the property from Israel and then contacting a local assistant. Overall communication could have been better. The flat also felt a bit unloved, with a broken lock in the bathroom, towel rail falling off, erratic shower, stains in the cupboard under the sink and stained floor sofa in the living area.
