Beautiful apartment in the city centre

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is beautifully designed with plenty of space to relax. The location is perfect—right in the center and close to everything we wanted to visit. The host was very kind and It’s clear that he put a lot of heart into the details ! We will definitely come back!

Everything about this apartment was simply amazing and exceeded our expectations. High quality features. Centrally located. Very spacious for a family of 4 adults. Perikli (our host) went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and accomodate our needs. Thank you so much!

Looks good at first, but not worth it

Good location and nice apartment

Unfortunately, our experience with this property was very disappointing. Although the host seemed friendly and responsive at first, we ultimately found him to be unreliable and dishonest, which left us feeling both frustrated and misled. We were traveling with small children and encountered several serious issues. The stovetop didn’t work, so we couldn’t prepare dinner. The kitchen was missing many basic items — including cutlery and other essentials that any guest should be able to expect. To make things worse, we found cockroaches in the bedroom on our first night. The apartment felt stuffy, but when we asked to open the balcony door, the host told us not to — so more cockroaches wouldn’t come in. We ended up spending the night in an uncomfortable, poorly ventilated space. By morning, more cockroaches appeared in the living room and kitchen. The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator. The host had promised help with our luggage, but no one came. Due to all these problems, the host promised us a refund — but once we returned home, he denied ever saying that. He also told Booking.com that everything was resolved, which simply wasn’t true. While the apartment is in a good location and was clean, the lack of basic functionality, the hygiene issues, and especially the dishonesty left us very disappointed. We wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We stayed for 2 nights at Maisonette Casa del Mare in Thessaloniki and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is in a beautifully renovated historical building, stylish and it’s like to coming in to your own house..Big kitchen, living room and dining table for 8 people..very comfortable. It’s located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but the owner kindly helped us with our luggage and was always available for anything we needed. His hospitality was truly exceptional.

Stilvoll, gemütlich, zentral und sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist super zentral, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sie hat genug Platz für 6 Personen. Sie sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, obwohl man anfangs denkt, das sei Fake (weil es so gut aussieht). Der Gastgeber hat immer sofort geantwortet, wenn man ihn kontaktiert hat. Die Betten sind ultra ultra ultra bequem!!!

Uns war die Wohnung etwas zu dunkel, die Lichter sind zwar für ein gemütliches Ambiente super, aber sonst eher schwierig, sich darin aufzuhübschen. Was uns auch gestört hat, war die Dame aus der unteren Wohnung, die am ersten Abend direkt mit der Polizei gedroht hat, weil wir etwas lauter gelacht haben. Es ist zu beachten, dass sich die Wohnung im 3. Stockwerk des Hauses befindet und es keinen Aufzug gibt.
