Nice apartment for 2-3 nights stay. Location cannot be better. I recommend it if you’re not travelling by car.

The apartment is located in the central part of the city. We had a late check-in, and they sent us a letter with instructions on how to get the key and enter the apartment. The main focus was on the elevator, but it was not working and it was not possible to get in from the street via the elevator. The letter from the apartment also contained instructions on how to get into the apartment and get the key by going up the stairs. But again, the first floor was indicated as the floor of the passage along the landing. We went up one floor, but saw abandoned premises and no exit to the elevator. When I called the administrator, I only heard that they could not help in any way and sent all the information in a message. I will note that we were with children, standing on the street and could not get into the room in the evening at 22.30. Only when strangers came out of the house, we managed to find out that the living space and the apartment are on the second floor (in fact, the third, since the lower floor is commercial premises) and get into the room. There were no complaints about the apartment itself, only a lot of noise from the road, no soundproofing of the windows.

Not pleasant at all.

The location

The air conditioner wasn’t working. We contacted the staff, but nothing changed. That didn’t helped us to resolve the problem and it was extremely hot in the apartment. We had to sleep with open windows which was also extremely uncomfortable, because of the noise from outside. We didn’t manage to sleep well.

Central but extreme loud.

The apartment was clean and easy to reach, very central.

Never been in such a loud apartment. Keep in mind it is located directly on a main road and has really bad windows. When I came in I wanted to close the windows and was surprised they were already closed. Wow!

İş merkezinin 1.katında bulunuyor, konumu merkezi. Kısa süreli çoçuksuz aileler için tercih edilebilir çünkü oda çok küçük. Dış yalıtım çok kötü hem çok ses hemde pencere altından soğuk geliyor. Banyoda bulunan klozet çoçuk klozeti kadar küçük ve kısa.

Местоположението на самото студио в сграда не ми допадна, подтискаща обстановка като слезеш от асансьора , ако се качваш по стълбите също! Имаше няколко мравки в коридора! Не ми допадна, смятам, че цената е висока за това което се предлага!

Für die Durchreise und eine Nacht würden wir wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist passend für einen kuzen Aufenthalt eingerichtet. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem. Unsere Kids haben auch sehr gut auf der ausklappbaren Couch geschlafen. Es gab Handtücher sowie Duschgel und Shampoo. Danke auch für die Kaffeekapseln !! Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und fußlâufig ist alles erreichbar. Alles war sauber!

Leider gibt es kaum Parkmöglichkeiten. Da muss man schon suchen und viel Glück haben.

Evin bulundugu konum çok iyiydi..Fakat otoparkın olmaması sebebiyle bir gün icin 25 Euro otopark ucreti ödedim.Binaya girişi bulmak zordu..Kata çıkarken kötü bir görüntü var.Daire çok küçük eşim ve 2 çocuğumun yatabilecegi bir yer asla değil.Cift kişilik yatak dışında bir çekyat dışında yatak yok..Ödeyeceğiniz fiyata yakın vergi ücreti ödemek durumundasınız...Çok zor durumda kalmadigim sürece tekrarını düşünmem..

Top appartement maar nogal lawaaiig.

Het appartement was prima, alles goed voor elkaar, luxe en leuk ingericht.

Het was erg lawaaiig op de straat waar aan het appartement ligt. Het lijkt in een zijstraat te zijn maar de kamer zit gewoon aan de drukke straat met veel drukte de hele nacht.

Είχα μια ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Καθαρός, λιτός και περιποιημένος χώρος, με ευχάριστη διακόσμηση. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική για εμένα και με εύκολη πρόσβαση προς τα σημεία που θα επισκεπτόμουν στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Μέσα στην αγορά και με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και καφέ τριγύρω.

Το βρήκα τουλάχιστον αστείο να διαθέτει μία ολόκληρη ντουλάπα μόνο ΜΙΑ κρεμάστρα, ακόμα κι αν ο επισκέπτης είναι ένας. Επίσης θα ήταν χρήσιμο να έχει προβλεφθεί ένα στραγγιστήρι για τα πιάτα και τα ποτήρια που χρησιμοποιούνται.
