Nice apartment close to everything

Apartmen was so cozy and we had everything we need. Very modern design and beutiful view from balcony. We found free parking spot in front of the apartment. If you are going to city and don't want to move your car you have bus station 30 meters away from apartment. Also by walk in 15 minutes you are on Thessaloniki waterfront. We will come back again.

Everything was new, very nice and extremely clean. You could find free parking very near and it was quiet. It had a park in front of the building.

Cosy atmosphere, new building-furniture, comfortable mattress and pillows, nice view from the balcony

Shower drain was not clean, there was no bag in the kitchen under the sink, could have a bottle of water in the fridge

Great apartment

The apartment is brand new, very clean and very well organized. There are all the amenities you need for a short stay.

Parking can be though to find. There is a big smart TV in the room whish unfortunately was not properly set up so you could not use all features (and the menu was in Greek so I couldn't set it up myself)

בית דירות מושלם. מיקום נוח. יש תחבורה ציבורית בקרבה לדירה, דירה נקייה מאוד, עיצוב מודרני ויפה. בדירה יש כל מה שצריך : מכונת קפה, מכונת כביסה, כיריים. כל הכלים במטבח. תקשורת עם בעלי המקום היה נוח ומהיר. מומלץ מאוד!

Insgesamt klar empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem neuen Appartment-Haus. Einen Parkplatz an der Straße haben wir sofort gefunden, was aber vermutlich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Sehenswürdigkeit und Meer sind prinzipiell fußläufig erreichbar, man benötigt aber schon einiges an Zeit dafür. Die Schlüsselkästen befinden sich rechts neben der Eingangstür hinter einer Schiebetüre. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Vom Balkon hat man eine gute Sicht über einen kleinen Park/Spielplatz hinauf zum Stadion. Das Bad ist modern mit Fenster, aber relativ eng.. Insgesamt klar empfehlenswert.

Gut wären noch Wäscheklammern und etwas Waschmittel, eine Waschmaschine gibt es ja.

La struttura è tutta nuova e ristrutturata, bellissimo desain. Le camere sono belle, spaziose, luminose e molto pulite. La cucina attrezzata con tutto cio che serve. In zona si trova parcheggio faccilmente.

Καινούριο διαμέρισμα με ωραία θέα σε πάρκο και στο Καυτατζόγλειο στάδιο. Βρίσκεις πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή. Περίπου 1 χιλιομετρο από το μετρό. Ησυχη περιοχή

Σχετικά μικρό για 3 ενήλικες. Δεν λειτουργούσε το ίντερνετ και ο οικοδεσπότης δεν απαντούσε ούτε σε κλήσεις ούτε σε μηνύματα. Είχε μηχανή του καφέ αλλά δεν είχε ζάχαρη.

Erholung zentral und doch weg vom Trubel der Innenstadt.

Super Lage. Ruhig und doch zentral, weg von dem schrecklichen Trubel in der Innenstadt von Thessaloniki. Parkplätze vorhanden um die Unterkunft herum. Check-in ist sehr einfach. Schlüssel in einem Tresor am Eingang. Ist ein neues Gebäude. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sehr sauber. Top 👍 weiter so. Man hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Kapseln kann man in jedem Supermarkt kaufen. Beim Auschecken haben wir den Schlüssel wieder in den Tresor gelegt. Alles total problemlos also.

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage

Das einchecken ging super einfach über einen Tresor neben dem Eingang. Das Gebäude ist neu, als wir da waren wurden noch die restlichen Feinarbeiten an der Straße gemacht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig , dennoch ist man innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten in der Innenstadt oder auch bei der Cosmos Mall. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Bäckereien und Imbisse. Zu der Ausstattung: die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Man bekommt auch einmalig Handtücher, die man bei Bedarf selber waschen kann. ( Waschmaschine vorhanden) Vom Balkon aus hat man einen super schönen Ausblick. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Bad hübsch gemacht.

Der Duschkopf wurde sehr hoch gebohrt, so das kleinere Leute nicht rankommen konnten. Mein Mann ist 1,83cm und selbst er müsste sich ausstrecken um ran zu kommen. Ebenso hat mir im Bad ein Klopapierhalterung gefehlt. Dazu wäre es gut, wenn man Putzmittel im Apartment zur Verfügung stellt. Bei längeren Aufenthalte wäre es gut, wenn man selber noch putzen könnte, da die Reinigungskräfte nur beim auschecken kommen.
