Crystal Haven Luxury Apartment by BiNoBi!

The apartment is in a really good location, very close to the Rotunda and about a 20-minute walk from the waterfront and the White Tower. It is very large and spacious, and the bathroom is also huge, which we really appreciated. My favourite part was the terrace. It is large enough for two people to sit comfortably and has chairs, a small table, an awning and beautiful greenery in front of it. We spent a lot of time there, especially in the mornings before it became too hot. The apartment had everything we needed for a longer stay. There was a coffee machine, which we used regularly, as well as basic cookware, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The large fridge with a freezer was especially useful since we stayed for 16 days and often cooked in the apartment. The Wi-Fi worked well, and there was also a television and a proper desk for working. Since we were working remotely during our stay, having a comfortable workspace was a big advantage for us. We also used the washing machine several times, and it worked perfectly. Overall, the apartment was practical, comfortable and well equipped for a longer stay.

The lift in the building is extremely small. This made it a little inconvenient when carrying suitcases and other belongings, as we had to make several trips. It was also difficult for a family of four to fit inside together. However, the apartment is on the first floor, so this was not a major issue. I am mentioning it mainly so future guests know what to expect. We stayed in the apartment for 16 days, so we used the space for quite a long time. There were some ants in the apartment, mostly on the floor. We found ant spray and used it when needed, and we also vacuumed them up, so they did not cause us too much trouble. Most importantly, there were no ants in the kitchen and they did not get into any food. One small improvement I would suggest to the owner is shortening the curtains, as they drag too much on the floor. They are easy to step on and can become a tripping hazard. The bathroom has two sinks, which is a great feature, but they are positioned quite high. Even our older child, who is ten, could not comfortably brush her teeth. I would suggest adding a small step stool. As a family of four, we also found it inconvenient that there were only three deep bowls in the apartment. Since we stayed for 16 days and cooked regularly, it was difficult for all four of us to eat soup or breakfast cereal at the same time. The biggest issue for us was the second terrace, which is not shown in the photos. The apartment has two terraces: one is lovely and overlooks greenery, while the other is accessed from the bedroom and faces the inside of the building. I would not recommend using this second terrace. If you wash and dry clothes, it is better to use the front terrace with the greenery. The second terrace has protective netting because there are many pigeons in the area. I would also recommend keeping the bedroom door to this terrace closed rather than leaving it wide open, because of the pigeons, feathers, dust, mites and other dirt they may carry.

Квартира шикарна, дуже гарна, сучасна. Розташування супер, все поруч і ходиш пішки. Поруч є паркінг де можна залишити машину. Сама вулиця не тиха, але в квартирі тиша, нічого не чутно. Персонал дуже швидко реагує, якщо вам щось треба. Що треба розуміти, якщо ви хочете тишу та спокій, обирайте інший район, але треба буде добиратися до памʼятних місць на транспорті. Якщо хочете, щоб все було поруч, обирайте центр. І ще момент, дивіться щоб паркінг був поруч, якщо ви на машині, бо на вулиці залишати не можна.

Все супер, квартира гарна, чиста, сучасна, розташування супер, сусіди тихі, в квартирі не чутно шуму вулиці, персонал чудовий.

The property was in the city centre. It was clean and well maintained.

We stayed there in July, and the temperatures were very high, so air conditioning was essential. The apartment had only one air conditioner in the living room, which was not enough to cool the bedroom. Sleeping with the windows open was not convenient because the apartment is located on a busy main street, making it very noisy at night.
