We were greeted by our beautiful host upon arrival and gifted with fresh fruit and bottle of wine. We were also assisted with finding parking which took all the stress out of driving into the city. The property was unbelievably clean, had an awesome view, was in the perfect location and really comfortable! Thank you so much for hosting us. We can’t recommend you highly enough! The location is simply unmatched: one of the rare buildings in Thessaloniki so close to the sea that the horizon feels like part of the apartment itself. The sound of the waves at night and the endless blue during the day are not extras but elements that merge into the soul of the house. Even this alone would make it worth choosing, yet the real magic begins inside. The apartment is vast, open, and perfectly designed, easily accommodating two families without any sense of limitation. Every room carries a modern yet timeless aesthetic, as if curated by a professional designer. The furniture is new, elegant, and chosen with comfort in mind. Every corner reflects balance, harmony, and calm sophistication. This is not just a stay; it is the chance to live inside a home where beauty and functionality meet. A very enjoyable stay in a great location with a wonderful host.

The location was excellent - beautiful water view, steps from cafes, restaurants, shops and sights. The size of the accommodation was great for 5 people. Having kitchen and laundry facilities were so convenient. The Nespresso coffee was a great option for a first morning coffee. The host was amazing - so helpful and responded very quickly to all of our questions. We were very grateful for all of the help given by our host.

Breathtaking seaview

The seaview is breathtaking and you can enjoy a lovely sunset from the balcony. The appartment is located close to White Tower and it's very elegant, with stilish furniture and has everything you need!

Interior very stylish and posh, very clean, location perfect and friendly staff.

The property is located in an excellent part of the city, easy to reach coffe bars and restaurants, also stores for shopping are 4 min away from this property. The sitting area and balcony are with sea view (perfect view) while bedrooms are located back side of apartaman which is perfect for the night (no noise at all) and very comfy to rest. -Fridge was full of bottles of water (free of charge), sleepers, towels, dishes and everything what is needed for long and short stay. Absolutely value of money

Beautiful apartment with super modern facilities located in the city center

We had a very lovely stay at Iconic Salonica Suits seafront with family. The owner is very friendly. The apartment is very new and modern. The location is great with beautiful sea view. The living room is very spacious and all the furnitures are very modern and comfortable. Despite located in the busy street, once the window is closed, we hardly noticed any noise which made the sleeping very comfortable.

It is best not to come by car as traffic is bad and you can hardly find any parking spot.

The energy of this place was incredible, really the view and the interior was great! I like luxury travel and this has really met all my expectations. An apartment turned into a beautiful hotel suite. Also the host really puts all his heart into this property and you can feel it with all the little details there are. We loved it!

Apsolutno nam se sve dopalo. Ovo je zaista vrhunski apartman, na savrsenom mestu, a vlasnik je izuzetan covek, koji je uvek na raspolaganju. Moram da kazem da u Solun dolazim 25 godina i odgovorno tvrdim da je ovo najbolji smestaj u ovom predivnom gradu.

מארח היה אדיב וזמין לכל דבר מהרגע שהזמנו ועד העזיבה, אפילו דאג להזמין לנו מונית עד פתח הבניין. הדירה מרווחת, יפה, נקייה ומאובזרת לגמרי – לא חסר כלום. המיקום פשוט מעולה – ממש במרכז, מול נוף מהמם, ומתחת לבניין שדרה מלאה במסעדות ובתי קפה. ממליצים בחום!

Konstantinos, der Vermieter war wirklich wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und interessiert. Hatte uns einen super Tipp zum Essen. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage.

Lediglich der Aufzug zur Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und daher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Er funktionierte aber einwandfrei und war prompt da. Letztendlich also ein zuverlässiges Highlight.
