Our stay was uncomfortable and misleading, as the “two-bedroom” apartment was actually a one-bedroom

Location & facility inside.

The listed “Accommodation Type” is misleading. Here is the quote provided: Two-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View Bedroom 1: 1 large double bed Bedroom 2: 1 large double bed Living room: 1 sofa bed In reality, there is no separate Bedroom 2. The so-called “Bedroom 2” is actually a bed placed in the living room. This is not a true two-bedroom apartment, but rather a one-bedroom apartment with an extra bed positioned in the middle of the living room next to the sofa. Bedroom 2 and the sofa bed are in the same open space, offering no privacy at all. As a result, we had to urgently book alternative accommodation, as it was impossible for four adults to sleep in this open layout. While the setup may work for small children, it is entirely unsuitable for 4 adults. Additionally, the apartment only has one bathroom, which further complicates the situation, although this was at least accurately listed. Most genuine two-bedroom apartments in the area typically feature two bathrooms.

Just superb.

It had all the necessary amenities & comforts - ACs, a wide walk in shower, well equipped kitchen with coffee machine & pods, bag of ice cubes in the freezer, a couple of snacks, water & juice in the fridge and even a gyros!! Beds were also very comfortable. Re location - very close to both the seafront and the centre and a very convenient 24/7 underground parking. 💯

Great location in the center of Thessaloniki. Recomended!

Great location, just around the corner from Aristotel Square, with side view to the sea, right near a lot of restaurants and markets. Perfect for visiting Thessaloniki all around the city center. Very easy check-in and check-out, very good communication with the host. Big living room with a nice and comfortable bed and couch. The bedroom is a not so big, but enough for sleeping and with a good bed. Smart-TV in both rooms which was a plus for us :). All clean, all you need in the apartment. We'll most certainly come back here next time we visit the city.

Parking is a little tricky in the area, there a 3-4 private parking right near the building, but really crowded during the weekend (cost around 25 EUR/day).

Η τοποθεσία,η καθαριότητα και η διακόσμηση.Είχε ό,τι χρειάζεσαι και όπου ακριβώς το χρειάζεσαι,όλα χρηστικά,λειτουργικά και πρακτικά(πρίζες,κρεμάστρες,φωτισμός,wifi,τηλεοράσεις).Σε κεντρικότατο σημείο,ήσυχη πολυκατοικία.

Το μικρό ασανσέρ 2 ατόμων για το οποίο δεν ευθύνεται ο ιδιοκτήτης φυσικά.Η απρόσωπη πρόσβαση και το να βρεις το κλειδί από κουτί σε άλλο σημείο(φορτωμένοι με βαλίτσες,τσάντες και 2 παιδιά στα χέρια δεν ήταν μια ευχάριστη κατάσταση).Επίσης λόγω εορτών το πάρκινγκ από κάτω ήταν γεμάτο και έπρεπε να βρούμε πιο μακριά και να κουβαλάμε βαλίτσες.Θα μπορούσαν να έχουν μια συνεργασία με τα γειτονικά πάρκινγκ για να εξυπηρετούνται οι πελάτες.
