About this villa rental
A complex of four detached houses, of high architecture and aesthetics, which give the user the feeling of luxurious and comfortable accommodation.
Each villa has its own swimming pool - approximately 28 sq.m. with a depth of about 1.50 m. - and is surrounded by an exclusive garden, approximately 800 sq.m., has three pergolas for shade and has individual covered parking.
All villas have views of the sea and Olympus, access to the sea from a private road, at a distance of about 150 m.
The space
Villa B1 is 150 sq m. and is spread over four floors with the capacity to accommodate up to 10 people.
√ It has four bedrooms.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an armchair that can be converted into a single bed. The room on this floor also has two verandas with an outdoor living room with a sea view, one and the other with a view of Mount Olympus, and a bathroom.
On the second floor there is a bedroom with two joined single beds and an office space with a view of Mount Olympus and a bathroom.
The detached house has a semi-basement area that benefits from plenty of natural light and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small, closed storage space. In one of the two bedrooms there are two separate single beds and in the other two joined single beds and a sofa, which can be developed into a bed.
√ On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a WC, the living room with two sofas approx. 2 m. each one and a depth of 0.90m. and a dining table, five seats with the possibility of extending to seven seats. The sofas in the living rooms are also suitable for sleeping
