Villa Royal with Sea View

Confortable rooms with sea view. The place on top of the hill is perfect, especially the sunset , quiet neighbourhood in the middle between first and second leg of halkidiki .

The hot tub needed 2 hours to warm the water

Top Lage und super schönes Haus. Die Aufteilung und der Garten wirklich super. Der Esstisch und der Grillplatz war der Hauptpunkt unserer Gruppe.

Leider gab es viel zu wenig Besteck ansonsten war die Küchenausstattung sehr spärlich. Die Duschen sollten repariert werden. Der Whirlpool ging leider nicht und war nur kalt.

- The house is very large. There is enough space for 12-14 people without a problem. - All rooms have air conditioning which is essential for the summer. - There is good outdoor space to spend time together if you are a big group. - Overall the villa has great potential but it needs much more maintenance than what was provided.

- Unfortunately the house wasn't cleaned before our arrival. It was clear that nobody had been there for a while. Cleaning was done during our stay but it was not up to standard. - The kitchen appliances were all covered in dust so we didn't use them. - One of the pools wasn't working and the other two were very small. The hot tub was very dirty so we didn't use it. - The bathrooms were filled with moist smell and there were several spider webs in the corners. - The lack of maintenance during the off-season has apparently given the chance to ants, mosquitos and other bugs to spread throughout the property. - Low value for money given the problems above.
