I would deffinitely visit again!

Our stay at the sunset villa was amazing-the location is perfect, 1-2 min from the beach, the host was very helpful and had a great sense of humour. We had a bit of a situation with one of the door handles, he literally arrived in less than 5 min and the problem was solved in less than 30 min. There are a lot of great restaurants and supermarkets in less than 10 min via car, the beach was great, everything was perfect. Definitely would recommend!

For sure it’s a place to come back as often as you can. Or maybe when you need a few days off. It’s perfect.

Very close to the beach, we had the sea in front and the forest in the back. We also had a yard, with barbecue, and a dining table. Perfect for children and pets (we also had a Bichon with us, the location is pet friendly). Also the host, Nikos, unbelievably kind, he helped us with our car, no costs involved. He also picked up whenever we called, finding a solution for everything.

An unforgettable and exciting experience

The villas are in a wonderful location, right next to the beach and with a view of Olympus. On one side is the sea, and on the other a grove. The view is wonderful. The villas are clean and tidy, with all the amenities for a long stay. The host is extremely kind and hospitable. He answered all questions quickly, helped us with information about the village. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Nikos!

We were unpleasantly surprised by the open spaces of two of the rooms with beds. We didn't know they didn't have doors.

Good property, bad clients management from the owner.

Location. Cleaning staff. Everything you need is in the villa.

Access to the beach in front and sun beds was heavily taxed even it was the same owner of both the villa and the beach/ beach bar. No discount for villa residents… we paid as all other people coming by car from other places to the same beach. Which I didn’t find normal (30 euro/ 2 sun beds/ day??)

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Villas! Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Nikos, the manager, was extremely kind – he even surprised us with pies on the beach and a cake in the fridge. He was always available and helpful. The location is great: just 2 minutes to a quiet, almost empty beach, and the Sunset Bar nearby has a very friendly and professional bartender Dimitris. We stayed with our little kids (3, 4 and 6 years old), and the green space in front of the house was perfect for them to run and play ball safely. Highly recommended!

The beach is crystal clear, calm and never crowded – absolutely perfect for relaxing. At the entrance there are a few stones, but once you pass them, the water is amazing.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! Everything was just as we expected from the photos—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. Our host was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and the best beaches, which really enhanced our experience. The view of the sea from the property was stunning, and we loved spending our evenings outside, relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, or going for a swim. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

Amazing villa,spacious, close to the beach with private parking, a beautiful garden and great host

Really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The host was incredibly kind, helpful and funny, always available to answer any questions and make sure we were comfortable. The villa itself is amazing: very spacious, with plenty of beds and great bathrooms. The garden is beautiful with lots of spots to sit and relax, and it's just a short walk to the beach. Private parking was a big plus. It had everything we needed, especially traveling with children. Highly recommend!

Great accomodation nestled between the forest and the beach

Everything. From very good communication with Mr Nikos, the owner who is very responsive to any requests, to the quality of the accommodation which is pet friendly. The accommodation is nestled between the forest and the beach which makes it as great relaxation point for those who choose to stay here. The villa has everything in terms of utilities and kitchen tools. Mosquitos nets everywhere, AC in all rooms, good pressure on water and we found it very clean. Posidi is more chill than the rest of the island so this one is a great highlight plus you get to have amazing sunsets every day. The beach is literally 2 minutes across the street and there is owned parking. Sunset villas were a great spot to book for our 10 nights stay with our family and for sure we will come back again. Thank you for having us!

Spring in Greece is awesome

The villas have everything you might need on your stay and are 50 meters from the beach. There is a large, sunny, green garden outside to chill. The host, Nikos, is the rockstar of hosts - would be great if he could teach hosting courses to others. Overall, we had an amazing spring time at the sea - Greece is beautiful in the spring even if there is the occasional bit of rain.

This is the second year we stay at the Sunset Villas and i could notice 2 improvements: cleaning of the house done every 2 days by dedicated personnel, which is helpful, and the villas have been repainted.

Some tools in the kitchen area could be replaced as they are getting old. Nevertheless, if you ask something to the host, Nikos, it will be done straight away (ex: replace hairdryer or kettle). He is always available and helpful

Great place for a beach vacation with friends

It's a big villa with coffee maker, microwave, fridge, TV, 3 bathrooms and it can fit 7-8 people. The rooms were clean. Outside we had a small terrace with sunbeds, BBQ so you can sit outside, relax and watch the stars at night if you want. The host was very friendly and helpful and he gave us directions where to find good food and good value sunbeds on the beach, he also gave us a cute present at check-out. The property is walking distance to the beach and it has a private parking. It's a good place stay for a larger group of people. We enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely come back with some of our friends. Not a downside but a suggestion for the host to install longer shower curtains to avoid puddles in the bathroom. You can catch awesome sunsets on the beach in front of the villas so the property merits its name.

We had a wonderful time at Sunset Villas. Located 1 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Chalkidiki, immaculate maintained property provides everything you need for an unforgetable acation. The owner Nikos is an amazing host. We travel a lot and we have never seen more caring and warm person than Nikos. We came earlier than the recommended time for checking in and were properly accommodated within 30 minutes. The next morning Nikos drove us to the fish market where we were treated as his best friends. We had an incident with our dog while driving to Thessaloniki, which led to certain complications of her health. Nikos drove us all the way to Nea Moudania to a vet he knew. Finally we forgot an Amazon Show 5, and Nikos was so polite to ship it on the same day. Outstanding host, amazing beach, exceptional villas! Highly recommended!

The perfect stay for summertime

The Sunset Villas is really nice, fancy, modern, clean, fully equipped and very comfortable place with it’s own parking and green garden. The host Nikos was very friendly, attentive and helpful whenever we needed something. The Sunset Villas offers accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities and privacy. The villa is just 30 meters away from a multiple times blue flag awarded beach from the most beautiful long beach on the Kassandra Peninsula in Halkidiki. We received a nice gift on our departure from the host. We are absolutely satisfied with the stay which was perfect and we will definitely come back!

Superb

We had a wonderful time. The location was nice and ideal for a family with kids. Easy access to the beach and we appreciated the grass around the villa with the sunbeds and grilling equipment. The host was very helpful, patient and helped with everything we needed. Also we appreciated the opportunity to order take away meals.

There were just one restaurant and one beach bar in the walking distance there so if you wanted to eat outside, you need to go by car. However in the closest town there are plenty of restaurants and bars and the meals were delicious. The only thing in the villa we were not too happy is the straight stairs, according to pictures we hoped for the regular stairs for the two floors and the "tower stairs" to be only for the upper floor, which were unfortunately not. Those might be a bit inconvenient for smaller kids, older people and definitely when carrying the bags inside. However we made it and the kids got used to it.

A dream like vacation

Very quiet location. Very clean and comfortable. The villa had all you need in it. Nikos is very nice, helpful and prompt. Funy as well 🙂 The food at the nearby pub and restaurant was exquisite! I recommend the burger at the pub and the fresh fish at the restaurant. And the beach, the water with alternative times of waves and hours of still, the sunsets....amazing! All was really great!
