The positioning is very good, especially for families with kids. The garden is great for exploring and running :). It is also good positioned vs beacheas and good restaurants. The host is very accomodating and the service level ia very good even if he is not on location.
Overall all was great.
Is not that we did not liked it, but as a suggestion would be to plan a revamping/refresh of the furniture, as with time and usage is deteriorating.

The Villa is amazing, very spacious and with some really nice green land in front. If you go there you will have the chance to meet an great guy - old fisherman who could take you on his boat for fishing! To my family that vacation was a genuine experience to explore Greece! 🇬🇷 🇬🇷 🇬🇷

The villa was perfect for us. We were 2 families with small children and the garden was great.
Kitchen well equipped with all you need and the owner is very responsive and helpful
Walking distance from restaurants and supermarket which is great and very nice views of the sea.
Is well located from other beaches on the peninsula as well, so we could explore.
