Wonderful place for a family vacation

AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, SPECIAL !!!

AMAZING PLACE !!! This place will knock you from your feet. If you want something special this is it, it's a 5-star hotel that includes a natural private sea, a sea with so clean water so clear like a glass. And most importantly people who work there, the complete staff are absolutely amazing they are so kind and professional. Yulia from reception and her friend will help you with everything, she we make you feel most welcome there, like home, and the girls from the restaurant will make your stay there unforgettable they are so positive and kind, and the food is one big wow, they have an amazing chef, you will eat the most beautiful dishes ever, and taste real Greek cuisine, The she chef is one of a kind she is a Queen. The place is so clean you have no idea, the hygiene team is so professional that everything shines all day long, they keep the room so clean, it's simply fantastic. The girl who keeps clean and tidies the beach, makes the beach a special place always ready like just opened, perfect! This is the place you have to visit, get in touch with real nature, smell breath pure sea air, and have the best holiday of your life, peace, and quiet will be your friends along the day. Nice place to stay

Yulia and her guidance was excellent. Hotel was very quiet and perfectly balanced with leasure & price. The staff was very helpful and always smiling. We enjoyed of the amazing view and the athmosphere of the hotel. Very easy to park with many parking lots also a plus.

The sea of the beach is a bit rocky and that is not very comfortable for the kids around 5-10. They are still able to use the pool which is not very big but enough. Swimming is not very well when compare to other parts of the Halkidiki.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Kudos to Julia, Ksenia, Afroditi, Jia and Eleni. Overall very clean and relaxing environment. Liked the restaurant and sitting area in the evening.

There is no facility at the beach and access to the beach is also not easy. Shadow areas can also be extended.

Hidden paradise!

Great place! The way to the beat is like a fairytale. The beach is quiet with no beach bar and loud music, but equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Fresh breakfast and good verity of dishes. I was I bit scared after some reviews that I read, but this place is amazing if you are looking for something quiet in the heart of nature. All the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, I loved the garden and the narrow path to the beach. Highly recommended! Great staff, everybody was very warm and willing to help. For the staff, 10+ stars. I want to thank and send my best wishes especially to Miss Jia and to Mrs. Helene from the kitchen :).

Personally I didn't like the pillows, and the rooms are just a bit too small, however 28 mp as described.

Wonderful Stay at Avatel – Felt Like Home!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Avatel. Everything was perfect — from the comfortable beds to the spotless white bed linens and towels. The room had everything we needed, and it felt cozy, clean, and truly comfortable. The atmosphere was very warm and home-like, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Ksenia — she was always around, incredibly kind, and helped us so much throughout our stay. The food was delicious — compliments to the chef! Every meal was a pleasure. Thank you to the entire Avatel team for making our vacation so wonderful. We hope to come back again soon!

Mixed impressions

160 steps and steep slopes to the small littered pebble beach. I do not advise elderly customers or those with problems walking to stay in the lodge. For five out of six days stay we had problems with AC which was fixed only the last day- the temperature was around 35. In the positive side - the girls at the service department were always smiling and ready to help. and at the restaurant I had probably the best fish soup in my life.

Perfect place for leisure.

Everything about this place is great, the most friendly staff ever. The place is guiet and romantic, full of beautiful nature. Pool is exetremly clean. Restaurant has fresh and really good food, afordable. Everything is clean. We felt like home. Coming back here for sure.

Very quiet and peacefull place

Very exotic especially the path through the forest which lead you right to the beach . It was so quiet and serene which was such a privilege The rooms were clean snd everything was new The breakfast was also good and stuff was nice snd proffesional

The beach shoud have been more prepared and clean And the access to the hotel was not well sighned and you shold fix the road to the hotel

No complaints . We enjoyed the hotel and the beach and we would recommend it to family or friends

Great beach, private and lovely stroll down to it. The room was smaller than we expected but well appointed with a kitchenette, balcony and views of the pool and sea, it was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good though we didn't eat the cooked food because it wasn't to our taste but the fruit and Greek yoghurt etc were enjoyable. The staff were friendly and all spoke English with all the guests who were predominantly East European. We were the first British guests to stay this year!!

cozy and relaxing

It was a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. Nestled in a tranquil natural setting close to the sea, the hotel is surrounded by nature, and the rooms are minimalist yet cozy. The staff was a big plus — warm, attentive, and thoughtful when it came to guests' needs. We stayed over the Easter holiday, and what I liked most was the traditional lunch with grilled lamb and authentic Greek food.

A small part of the road to the hotel is unpaved, and it's difficult to leave the premises without a car.

A gem in Kassandra. A hotel that offers a complete experience.

I don't like giving a rating of 10 that might be misleading. One needs to be realistic. This is not a super-luxury hotel at the highest level compared to luxury hotels. But that can also be an advantage. This is a cozy, hidden, quiet place for a peaceful vacation. There are many lovely things. A great breakfast. A beautiful courtyard. An enchanting little forest on the way to the beach. Everything is here in one place. If you like being woken up by birds in the morning, then this is the place for you. For Kassandra, which is very crowded and overwhelmed with visitors, and for us who regularly vacation in Sithonia, this was accommodation that offered us peace, and due to its location, the possibility to easily visit nearby places when we wanted to go out for dinner, etc. I would definitely recommend this place for a vacation! Not only that, but I rarely return to the same place twice, and here I'm sure we will come again!

Complaints are possible, but they would all be about things the hotel never claimed to offer. Realistically, what you see in the pictures is what you get there. There are no unpleasant surprises. It will only be better than that. Maybe the only surprise was the road from the main highway to the property. A bad road, definitely inconvenient to walk on, and not at all safe at night. If it were a nice road, we would certainly have chosen to walk to Kriopigi and back in the evening, but this way we had to go by car. But that can hardly be a complaint, as the road is public and belongs to many houses, so it cannot be a rating for this accommodation. However, it is useful information.

Relaxing Stay

The hotel is located in lovely area and hidden in many different types of trees, you can hear the birds singing. It has a private beach reserved for hotel guests. The sea was great so we didn't go to any other beach. All staff was very kind and helpful, they were always available when needed. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay and will be pleased to come back.

Nice quiet stay

The breakfast was very nice. They had good amount of variety available . Also the hosts were very welcoming and so cheerful.

Just the road to reach the stay was uncemented and the people with no car might have a lil difficulty walking down the lane. apart from that every thing else was good.

Very relaxed atmosphere and beautiful nature in gardens and to the beach. Beautiful beach, small but private, unlike many beaches in area. Rooms clean, well kept interior and balcony lovely to sit on in the afternoon. Staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and genuine. Greek music evening was authentic, relaxed and fun! Xenia, Dimitri and the entire staff were gems at making us welcome and comfortable!

Very pleasant vacation

Amazing place next to the forest, really nice and quiet hotel to relax. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed inside. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Xenia who answered all our questions and she made sure our stay was pleasant. Very good breakfast. There is a private beach on 5min walking and you can reach a lot of other beaches by car for 10min.
