The villa is very beautiful. It has 4 bedrooms plus a living room, with enough space to accommodate up to 10 people. There’s a large terrace with a beautiful panoramic sea view (and another smaller one upstairs). It’s a spacious, bright villa, the rooms are large (the one in the demi-basement is huge), and it’s equipped with all the amenities you might need (although the dishwasher wasn’t working, but that’s just a temporary issue). There are 3 bathrooms, one of them smaller but equipped with a shower.
You reach the villa by going up a small hill, a few meters on a dirt road, but there’s no real issue. Next to the villa, you can park 3–4 cars. The villa is located a short distance from the village of Nea Skioni, which is full of taverns and shops. The most famous beaches in Kassandra are no more than 20–30 minutes from the villa, but if you prefer, you can also enjoy the beach in Nea Skioni.
Overall, I really liked the villa and recommend it to anyone spending their vacation on the Kassandra peninsula.
If there’s one less positive aspect, it’s the cleanliness. It’s not a disaster, but it would be nice if the villa welcomed its guests with cleaner floors and cleaner towels. As a suggestion, I’d say that a few new, more “hotel-guest-friendly” towel sets would leave a better impression.

We were happy to stay at Olive Stone Villa. The view from the terrace was amazing. The villa is spacious and well-designed, with plenty of places to relax. Every bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner. There was also ample parking space for cars. The host was always available and gave us helpful recommendations. We really appreciated the wide variety of dishes and utensils available.
Overall, the house was clean, but there was some dust in places. During our initial walkthrough, I was barefoot, and my feet immediately picked up a lot of dirt from the floor. We ended up wearing shoes indoors the whole time—either that, or we would have had to clean the house ourselves to meet our standards, but hey, we were on vacation :)
There were enough bathrooms for everyone, but the bathtubs were quite small and didn’t have shower curtains, so water splashed everywhere and the floor was always wet after showering.
Unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn’t working, and the fridge only cooled properly at the top—the bottom shelf stayed warm.
Despite the good kitchen setup, it felt like it could use a deep cleaning — there was a greasy film on the cabinets and appliances.

Терасата беше страхотна и гледката към морето също. Имаше няколко тераси и места за отдих. Приятно беше, че около нас нямаше никой и можехме да си шумим колкото искаме. Имаше достатъчно място за паркиране ние бяхме с 4 коли. На около 2 км от града неа скиони и на малко повече разстояние от хубавите плажове.
Душовете нямаха стойки. Кафемашината не изглеждаше много добре, имаше котлен качък. Ние си носихме наша.

Big lovely home. Can easily accommodate 10 people. Terraces all around. A fully functional kitchen, though the dishwasher was broken at the time. We made do without it as we mostly ate out. The view from the front terrace was worth every penny and it was a great place to spend the scorching noon hours as it had a cooling breeze pass through it. You could park 3 cars in the back of the house. The nearest beaches are in Nea Skioni, some 10 minutes drive, and in Posidi, about 15-20 minutes drive. We preferred Posidi. The beach was more sandy and it had a few nice restaurants. Plus a bakery where they also sold cakes, even ice-cream cakes, and local pastry (my favourite was the leek pie) or pizza slices.
The main bath's shower faucet was broken and a few of the door handles were squeaking. We informed the lady of the issues. She came over quickly to look at them and then sent over a plumber that replaced the faucet. For the door handles we found an oiling spray in one of the cabinets and handled the issues ourselves. There were a few cobwebs around the house. No pool.
