Villa Renata

We absolutely loved the location, the beautiful design of the house, and the overall atmosphere. We’ve always told the owners that we dream of having a house just like this for ourselves one day.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. From the privacy and seclusion of the house, to the beautiful large garden, the thoughtful design, and the kitchen where every little detail has been carefully considered — how could anyone not love it?

La casa al nostro arrivo era pulitissima e ben organizzata, con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari e anche uno stanzino in giardino con la lavatrice. Il giardino era bello grande e la casa sembra essere stata costruita da poco. È una struttura indipendente, con uno spazioso giardino e anche posto per più di un’ auto. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi nostra richiesta. La posizione è ottima, poco meno di 15 minuti dal lungomare di ypsos

L’unica pecca è che la casa è per sei persone, però c’è solo un bagno e quindi questo può causare problemi nell’organizzazione. Questa è una cosa che viene detta nelle descrizioni della Villa, quindi noi abbiamo prenotato consapevolmente e ci siamo riusciti a gestire i tempi perfettamente

Villa Renata ist ein besonderer Platz. Der großzügige Garten ist außergewöhnlich. Man hat viel Platz. Man kann hier wirklich zur Ruhe kommen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Terrasse kann an drei Seiten genutzt werden, man findet immer irgendwo einen Schattenplatz. Es ist angenehm ruhig. Natur, wo man hinschaut. Renata, die Gastgeberin und auch ihr Ehemann sind sehr sehr nett und sympathisch. Die beiden haben hier eine Oase der Ruhe erschaffen. Danke Renata und Dimitris.

This was an excellent place to stay. Excellent grounds, garden area and secure gated entry. The property itself is immaculate and fitted out to a very high modern standard with everything we required. The location was perfect in a quiet area with wonderful views but also walking distance or a short drive to Gouvia with its various restaurants, bars, marina and beach. The villa is also close to the fantastic Corfu town and the surrounding resorts and beaches etc. Renata was the perfect host and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.
