Casa Micallef Corfu

I pretty much liked everything about it! The property was cute, modern, comfy and clean. The Host Katerina was amazing. Such a warm, helpful person. Always making sure we were ok and nothing was needed. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Corfu.

There wasn’t a single thing that I didn’t like.

Appartement pour 4 personnes, très fonctionnel, propre, joliment décoré et avec un super espace extérieur comprenant un coin repas et un barbecue. Bonus pour la climatisation présente, pratique pour les grosses chaleur. Draps, équipements de plage et de nage (serviette, parasols, masque, tuba, palmes) fournis. Propriétaire de la location réactive, sympathique et à l’écoute des besoins de ses clients ce qui rend le séjour d’autant plus agréable. Des adresses super sympas nous ont été conseillées lors de notre séjour.

L’emplacement est légèrement excentré de la ville et des lieux de fêtes. Si vous n’avez pas de voiture ou autre moyen de transport cela risque de contraindre vos activités touristiques.

The property itself was stunning. Lovely space, I stayed here with one friend so we even had a room each which was a real luxury. Air con worked well and the cooking/bathroom facilities exceeded expectations. Katerina was super lovely, even driving us to a restaurant she had recommended on the first night, so helpful and responded very quickly in the lead up to the trip.

Only downside was the location, you really do need a car. There aren't any restaurants or bars within short walking distance so we would walk down to Gouvia or Kontokali for dinner and drinks and get a Radio Taxi back. Taxis in Corfu aren't cheap so that's an added cost we didn't factor in. We rented a car for 3 days and would say you would definitely need to if staying for anything more than two days, we did get the bus into Corfu Town one day which was easy (No.7) but it is a 25 min walk down the hill, so if you have young kids or mobility issues it would be hard.
