The owner is very nice and helpful. The house is located close and comfortabe to comute to the important locations on the island. The rooms were very comfortable(both have AC and are recently renovated) and the kitchen has all the ammenities you need to prepare sanwitches or a nice meal.
The bathroom needs a renovation desperately to provide the same level of confort you would expect at this price. It looks a little dated, the shower in particular needs to be changed as you can’t take a shower without flodding the floor. The outside needs a refresh as well,but this was not a big deal for us.

La posizione ottima, vicina ai vari servizi, strategica per raggiungere le diverse località da visitare.
Pulizia e camere da letto entrambe con condizionatore. Host gentilissimo ed accogliente.
Il bagno piccolissimo vecchio, da rimodernare. Io metterei delle zanzariere perché la struttura è immersa in una campagna e appena si aprono le finestre e’ facile imbattersi in insetti ti ogni tipo.

Due to issues in this accommodation (not caused by Nickos), we were moved by Nickos to his second house that he is renting. So I will mainly write about how nice and proactive Nickos was! Amazing communication and quick solution provided! Value for money was also great :)
The only thing that I could say about the property is that the kitchen amenities were really limited - one old pot and no real knife. So while we rented a place with kitchen we had to buy a knife to at least be able to cut a watermelon.

La posizione è davvero ottima, a soli 15 minuti in auto da Corfù città e non più di mezz’ora dalle spiagge più belle dell’isola. L’host è stato super disponibile: all’arrivo abbiamo riscontrato qualche piccola problematica, ma si è subito attivato per risolvere tutto e ci ha fornito preziose informazioni per visitare i luoghi migliori. L’appartamento è pulito, semplice ed essenziale, con in più un ampio balcone che rappresenta un vero valore aggiunto.
La cucina è poco attrezzata, con poche pentole, padelle e posate.
