Yorgos is an amazing host. We is so welcoming and gave me great recommendations.
The location is convenient because it is in the middle of the island so you are not too far from the north and ouest of the island where the nice beaches are (around 25 to 35 min). You are 25 min away from the old town and only 3 min from Ipsos and Dassia Beaches.
The apartment is good for a solo traveler or a couple. It is a good option if you want to spend the whole day outside and just come home to shower and sleep. Very calm and relaxing area.
The linen and towels were provided, they were very clean. Yorgos offered me coffee and some refreshments which I appreciated a lot.
There is no couch in the living room just the kitchen and a nice table to eat. Other than that it is a very good apartment.

Extremely friendly host, nice building, good value! Apartment is close to a stop on the Blue Bus network, easy to get around. 10 min walk to the beach!
Garden had a picnic table and 2 sunbeds but has more potential with the space
