Spotlessly clean - great location.

Not a lot of stairs but they were a little challenging with heavy luggage

The location was great, very close to the pedestrian path along the water and restaurants without being in the middle of a noisy area. The apartment was spotless, smelled so good, everything felt fresh and new. The bathroom was very clean, updated, great shower, fluffy fresh towels, and toiletries provided along with hairdryer. Wonderful to have two closets to hang our clothes and an iron and drying rack to hang clothes, and the smart TV so we could relax and watch some shows before bed. Appreciated the extra blankets in the cupboards. We intended to use the washing machine but was a little nervous about the European combo washer/dryer and messing it up (I know they often take a lot longer than our US dryers). Spent some time googling trying to figure out the icons but didn't want to accidentally wash clothes I wanted to dry, so just air dried on the drying rack instead. My fault though because I could've messaged the host sooner (she responded with which icons to use for just drying). The host was very responsive which was helpful as we had to rely on wifi since we didn't have cell phone service, so her quick responses were appreciated so we knew logistics the day and morning before arriving. She also provided a great list of recommendations for places to eat which we took advantage of! As an American, also appreciated the large bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival and the little ice cube tray in the freezer so I could make ice cubes for my water bottle and enjoy ice cold water! :) Air conditioning worked great.

Everything was wonderful. Only issue might be that electricity only works with the keycard which is attached to your apartment key, so if you're visiting when it's very hot, you will come back to a hot room since the air conditioning can't run when you're gone. But it cools down quickly and I understand the importance of conserving energy and not being wasteful. Our other apartments in Corfu and Athens also had a similar set up with electric keycards on the keys so it seems to be standard to conserve energy compared to wastefulness in the US. Only other suggestion is a few extra coffee pods, as it took us a few times to figure out how to work the nespresso and we botched the first couple. But otherwise appreciated that they were provided, along with little milks in the fridge!

The room and decor were lovely, very clean, easy to check in, and fabulous location. 10/10 experience.
