Corfu Venetian Luxury Apartment

Everything …the location and the attention to detail in the apartment was very good .

Très bel appartement , idéalement placé à l' entrée de la vieille ville. Du coup le stationnement est facile et c' est très calme. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Je recommande vivement.

Completely refurbished to a very high standard with brand new furniture and appliances throughout, yet full of character in keeping with its heritage. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a washing machine, air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches including Easter candles and chocolates left by the hosts. The location on Constantine Palaeologos Square next to the New Fortress is ideal, quiet and open at the edge of the old town with a restaurant courtyard below. We happened to be there for Greek Orthodox Easter and were able to take part in two wonderful Corfiot traditions: pot throwing on Holy Saturday morning, where locals hurl clay pots from their windows to cast out the old and welcome the new, and the midnight candle-lighting ceremony marking the resurrection, where a single flame is passed through thousands of gathered people as the church bells ring. The hosts had anticipated this and left candles ready for us, which was a genuinely special touch.

Nothing to note. There was genuinely nothing that fell short.

Very well-appointed and comfortable apartment in a convenient location. Supermarket metres away, and we found two good family run restaurants nearby. We also found we were close to public transport links. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Access to the apartment was easy.
