very clean room, nice & helpful host, good location to go anywhere

We stayed 2 weeks in this place and I highly recommend. The host with amazing hospitality and communication was always very smooth & fast. The room was very clean, well-kept, and modern. On top of that, the room cleaning service & changing to the new towels were provided every 3-4 days. The small kitchenette is equipped good enough to prepare a small breakfast during our stay without any issue :) And the location of the accommodation is also quite good, whether you rent a car or not. If you have a rented car, there is a parking place in the property and the public bus stop (green bus / blue bus station) is not too far and even gouvia beach is also very nearby :)

OK accommodation. Located right by a very busy road. Very disturbing from some rooms.

It was a nice room - probably relatively newly renovated. Well-equipped kitchen. Very nice bathroom with a shower cabinet. Clean and tidy.

It was difficult to find the accommodation since there were no signs or anything indicating where it was. A message was sent to me on WhatsApp, but I don't use that, and therefore I missed this message. The location is right by a very busy road. Especially our room named Alfa was greatly disturbed by noise from the road. Our veranda was also on the side where the road was, which made it noisy to sit outside. It will probably be better with a room that does not face this road. Plastic waste and other litter in nature, by the roads and around. This is sad to see and lowers my impression of the country.

Convenient for sightseeing, clean with air conditioning

Clean room with air conditioning and the host changed our towels on a regular basis

We booked the room based on reviews and photographs. However, the actual location of the property was tucked behind a car repair/bike rental with views of a derelict building, and our balcony view was a petrol station overlooking the main road. Therefore, continuous traffic noise. The room became just where you slept and freshen up.

New and cozy

The best comunity - nicest people you can meet. From the owner and everybody living and working around the property. The room was clean, everything is new and cozy. We were there for 14 nights and It had everything we needed. There is a parking space, air conditioning and a good quality bed with nice linen. There are good restaurants/bars in the area, lot of shops, a pharmacy and a 5min walk to Gouvia beach.

The Island Corfu in general isn't clean and most areas smell pretty bad. It's hard to find clean places. But Ilios property was outstandingly clean so just another + for booking his rooms.

Goed uitgangspunt voor uitstapjes op Corfu.

Locatie was gunstig gelegen, in nabijheid van winkels, restaurants en bushalte. Ontvangst was hartelijk. Goed bed en douche .

locatie was minder makkelijk te vinden. Het verkeer op de hoofdweg zorgde voor behoorlijk wat lawaai.
