A nice appartment but strange/concerning

Very considerate about our flight delay. Location was good as we rented a car to get around.

We stayed here for a week,the apartment is beautiful and clean. It is in a shared family compound with 2 buildings, although lovely,it became somewhat uncomfortable when on our second day away, travelling the brilliant island,we were texted by the host to pay for more taxes and cleaning fees by cash or bank transfer, which we had already paid for on booking.com. It put somewhat of a damper on our otherwise class holiday but would have concerns for other travelers to be put in this situation while away

My mom and I had a wonderful stay im Gouvia at Venetton Garden House.

Property is beautiful. It is well maintained, secure, and has a great view. It is walking distance to the city bus stop, town center with restaurants and shops, and the beach. The host and her family were very helpful. She had wine and snacks waiting on us. She arranged transportation to the airport for us. We would choose this place again many times.

It is perfect, nothing to dislike.

Great hostess, apartment clean, new, high standard of finish and furnishings. Homely, familiar atmosphere. A short walk to the beach, along the way restaurants with delicious food. I recommend and Warmly Greetings

Fantastic week in a beautiful apartment.

Great secure location, spotlessly clean, beautiful well equipped spacious apartment. On arrival Alex greeted us at the property to show us around. She left us fruit from the garden, a bottle of wine, water in the fridge and fresh cakes. She was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions. We had a great stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

There was nothing to dislike however the wi-fi didn’t always work but it didn’t have an impact on our stay.

Cudowny pobyt!

Przecudowny obiekt, świetni i pomocni właściciele, kontakt przez what’s up, pomogą Ci gdy będzie Ci czegoś brakować. Apartament jeszcze ładniejszy niż na zdjęciach, dbałość o szczegóły i detale, na miejscu czekał nas poczęstunek. Duży czysty, przestronny apartment, który ma tak dobrze wyposażona kuchnie jak w domu. Niczego nie brakowało. Lokalizacja fajna, do centrum około 7 minut pieszo, w pobliżu stacja BP. Na pewno wrócę ponownie do obiektu bo pierwszy raz spotkałam się z taką jakością w Grecji!
