The apartment looks exactly as advertised and has all the amenities listed, so we got what we expected. The place was very clean, the beds are comfortable and wide, there is aircon in both bedrooms which was a blessing in the hot weather. The host was very gracious and hospitable. The location is great, close to the supermarket, bus stop, restaurants and the beach. Altogether really good value for money, we were happy with our choice.
The plumbing in the bathroom in a bit iffy, although our host was always on hand to help when needed. The place is surprisingly noisy with traffic at all hours of the day and night. It's not too bad with the windows closed and the aircon on all night, so all in all not a huge issue.

The host George is a gracious man! He brought us fresh eggs and tomatoes from his garden. the apartment is spacious with two large bedrooms with separate closets. the living room and kitchen are great for cooking. it even has a washer/dryer. The location is amazing. Busses and busy Gouvia village are all within 5-10 minutes walk.
The sink in the bathtub is a little bit plugged but not a big issue. Other than that everything was perfect!
