Great property and pool. Excellent regular cleaning and changes of towels etc. Good to have off road parking. Location is a very easy walk to Gouvia bars and restaurants in one direction and Kontokali in the other direction. A large supermarket is within easy walking distance also. The property backs onto Gouvia Marina, which also has a selection of good restaurants.
This is an improvement idea rather than a criticism, but the sofas (which I think are actually sofa beds) are not very comfortable to sit on.
