Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, ausreichend groß und einfach toll. Wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben, wurde immer sehr schnell und herzlich reagiert. Die Putzfrau ist sowieso der liebste Mensch. Die Bar nebenan war sehr angenehm und hat auch von der Lautstärke überhaupt nicht gestört. Strand, Supermärkte, sowie Taxi und Busstation sind ganz in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

My stay at the apartment was absolutely fantastic.

Everything was exceptional — I have no negatives to report. The apartment was fantastic, and the facilities exceeded all expectations. The neighboring bar, run by George and Dennis, was a wonderful highlight; both were extremely welcoming and added to the overall experience. Access to the apartment was simple and convenient, and the check-in staff, Sofia and Madeleine, were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I honestly have no negatives to report; the apartment and services were perfect.

Hotel przekroczył nasze oczekiwania - pobyt w Helion apartments był naprawdę wspaniały :)

Obiekt był przede wszystkim bardzo czysty, regularnie sprzątany przez Panią sprzątającą, która również wymieniała ręczniki. Nasz apartament był bardzo przestronny i wygodny oraz posiadał wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia - wannę i prysznic, płytę kuchenną, zlew, ogromne łóżko, dwie kanapy, telewizor, suszarkę, piekarnik, lodówkę, czajnik i nawet ekspres przelewowy. Przy zlewie w kuchni była nowa gąbka i ściereczka. Łazienka jest naprawdę przestronna, była to miła niespodzianka. Łóżko wygodne, twardy porządny materac, przyjemnie się na nim spało. Pani w recepcji była bardzo miła i pomocna :) self check-in to również duży plus, bez problemu odebrałyśmy klucz ze skrytki obok drzwi. W nocy również nie przeszkadzały nam żadne hałasy, generalnie okolica jest dość spokojna. W pobliżu są restauracje ze smacznym jedzeniem i sklepy. Obiekt dysponuje również parkingiem dla gości.

Pobyt był wspaniały i właściwie nie mamy na co narzekać, ale jeśli miałabym coś wymienić to dwie drobnostki. Po pierwsze, drzwi wejściowe do lokalu - ich otwieranie i zamykanie jest nieco skomplikowane i na początku robiłyśmy to na zasadzie prób i błędów, a następnego dnia zapytałyśmy Panią sprzątającą, która wszystko nam wytłumaczyła. Jeśli się wcześniej nie miało do czynienia z takimi drzwiami to domyślenie się jak działa mechanizm może być trochę problematyczne. może ewentualnym rozwiązaniem byłoby zamieszczenie instrukcji dla gości w wiadomości od hotelu wysyłanej przed przyjazdem. Druga rzecz to brak stolika, przy którym można usiąść i zjeść. W apartamencie miałyśmy dwie toaletki i mały stoliczek kanapowy, brakowało większego stołu przy którym można by wspólnie zjeść posiłek.

Aanrader, prachtige studio

Heel netjes, schoon, ruim en centraal gelegen appartement/studio. Eigen afgesloten parkeerterrein met afstandsbediening om het hek te openen. Koelkast en kookplaatje aanwezig en alles wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt en vervangen. Ruim prive terras. Je mag gebruik maken van het strandje en zwembad van Gouvia Appartments, wat ongeveer 400 meter lopen is, is ook prive dus relatief rustig. Je studio zit gelijk in de reuring, allemaal restaurantjes en winkeltjes zitten gelijk om de hoek. Het strand (Gouvia Beach) kan je binnendoor binnen 2 minuten bereiken. Behulpzaam personeel. Hele goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Echt een aanrader!

Als ik iets moet noemen is dat je pal naast bar de Wine Rose zit, een sportcafe. Dit stopt wel pas laat.

Spacious, airy apartment. Lovely veranda..

The veranda space was great. Perfect to sit out and enjoy the sun. The property was private and safe and hire car in gated paking too. Access to the lovely pool and bar (but a bit of a walk).

Not enough seats for the kitchen table and also out side table. We booked for 5 people and only 4 seats. Even the sofa. Ants in the kitchen on occasions.

Impeccabili! Niente da aggiungere

Eravamo una coppia di amiche. Alloggiavamavo nello "studio 8" (monolocale) ad Helion Apartaments. Di questo alloggio abbiamo amato tutto. In primis la curata attenzione ai dettagli. La cucina comprende tutto il necessario indispensabile per l'alloggio di 2/3 persone. Utile anche la presenza di due scatole di plastica per il pranzo al sacco. Inoltre è presente un armadio con cassaforte, appendini per vestiti e asciugacapelli. Terrazzo al piano terra ampio e confortevole. Con tavolino e due sedie Inoltre l'appartamento è dotato di stendino. Il bagno oltre alla modernità con doccia walk-in grande, ha (fortunatamente) un water con uno scarico funzionale senza dover buttare la carta igienica nel cestino come accade di trovare nella maggior parte della Grecia. Se si alloggia all'Helion Apartments si può accedere alla piscina che si trova a 600 m dagli appartamenti, all'Helion Resort, dove è situata anche la reception.. Un altro punto a favore è stata la segretaria che ci ha accolto prima del check in in camera assicurandosi che le pulizie fossero finite. Le donne delle pulizie così carine e gentili puliscono gli appartamenti ogni giorno (tranne la domenica) e cambiano ogni 2 volte a settimana e le lenzuola ogni tre. Tutto come è scritto nella descrizione. Infine l'accoglienza nell'appartamento e stata molto gradita una bottiglia di vino, una di acqua e una di succo, le bustine di the, caffè e quelle di zucchero. È stato un soggiorno perfetto! Impeccabili.

Non abbiamo nulla da aggiungere se non la presenza di un ombrellone in camera (che abbiamo dovuto comprare)... ma con pochi euro lo abbiamo comprato e lasciato in stanza affinchè qualcuno possa utilizzarlo.

Great place BUT beware that shampoo/body wash are mot replenished

We stayed in Rose apartment as a family of 4 adults. Spacious, very comfortable beds , 3 showers, wonderful ac.

Beware that Shampoos/body showers are not renewed. We stayed 5 nights and we consumed them after 2 nights. I’ve asked for replenishments but they told me they are part of a welcome kit !! I’ve never seen anything like this before. It is not the cost of buying the shampoos that bother us it is very inconvenient . I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE MANAGEMENT CHANGE THEIR POLICY

Super holiday at Helion apartments!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Helion Apartments! We booked a three-bedroom apartment with a large terrace, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, thanks to the amazing cleaning lady who made sure everything was always in perfect condition. The air conditioning system was top-notch — powerful, quiet, and perfect for keeping the whole apartment cool and comfortable, even on the hottest days. One of the highlights was the large terrace, which offered plenty of space to relax, dine, and enjoy the views — a true luxury. Parking was also incredibly convenient and secure, which made everything even easier during our stay. The staff at Helion Apartments were outstanding — friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made us feel at home. We can’t recommend Helion Apartments highly enough and will definitely be returning on our next visit. A fantastic experience from start to finish

Astonishing, stunning and absolutely Perfect

Everything was awesome and comfortable. Amazing bedrooms with perfect conditioning and atmosphere with Really comfy beds. Personnel was friendly and always ready to help. Everytime we came back to our apartments, they were tidy and clean as new. Location - Fantastic!! Everything was near. 1000% recommend these apartments to everyone.

Great apartment with quality furnishings (beds, towels, air conditioning, showers)

Good location, nice to have pool although it was 10 min walk away. Beach nearby with sunbeds (payable) and restaurants. Quiet although in busy area - Parallel apartment was at the back of the building on the 1st floor - no elevator. Two balconies (used the small one at night to listen to the music from Dreams hotel, which is next door), big terrace has sun all day. Good air conditioning in all rooms (excl bathrooms). Christina was brilliant. Good showers, soft towels, comfy beds. Welcome gift of water, wine and orange juice. Fridge freezer. Book exchange at office. You can order online from joy supermarket, Dassia and they will deliver for free - 40 Euro minimum spend.

No laundry detergent supplied (we brought our own Dr. Beckmann laundry detergent sheets), no salt, pepper or oil provided. Light comes in through the curtains early morning.

Fantasztikusan tiszta, minden igényt kielégítő szálláshely

Hihetetlen tisztaság, nagyon jól felszerelt konyha, kényelmes ágy, szép fürdőszoba, jó WiFi.

Két apróság: szuper lett volna ha van a konyhában egy pici só, esetleg pici olaj és ecet. De megoldottuk :) A másik hogy a teraszon sajnos néha elég büdös (vizeletszag) volt.

Wir sind sehr begeistert von dem überaus angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Helion Apartments. Das Personal ist super lieb und sehr hilfsbereit. Tägliche Reinigung und 3 Mal die Woche frische Handtücher hatte ich gar nicht erwartet. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Wir sind jedenfalls gut ausgekommen. Wenn ich nochmal nach Korfu komme würde ich hier wieder buchen.

Super nett und Service orientiert

Das Personal war total nett und Service orientiert. Uns wurden alle Fragen total schnell beantwortet und auch Reisetipps gegeben. Sichere Parkmöglichkeiten waren auch vorhanden. Die Unterkunft wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und Handtücher wurden auch regelmäßig gewechselt.

Man sollte beachten, dass der Pool an der Rezeption in der Nebensaison nicht genutzt werden kann.

On y retournerait sans hésitation

Bel emplacement , non loin de la ville de Corfou. Petite rue sympathique avec ses tavernes, bars.L’appartement était vraiment bien. Tout semblait neuf. Le matelas était super confortable. La petite cuisine répondait à tous nos besoins. Suggérons fortement cet endroit. Merci à Christina qui parle français de nous avoir bien accueillis.

Im Bad war es ziemlich kalt, weil es keine Heizung da gibt. Es war auch schwierig, die Tücher zu trocknen. Einen Esstisch gab es nur auf der Veranda. Aber Anfang April sind Temperaturen draußen noch nicht so hoch, dass man immer draußen essen oder Handtücher trocknen lassen könnte...

Amazing apartment with great support from rental agency. Clean and spacious

The apartment was well equipped with hairdryer, safe, very good linens and the outside sitting area was so nice after a long day of exploration. Very spacious and extremely clean!!! We enjoyed our stay. Loved having the private parking area, was worry free with a rental !!!

Everything was perfect! In my opinion the location is the best. Short walking distance to the waterfront but out of the way of all the business and more touristy area. This is not an area where I would stay for a beach but very short drive ( 15-20 minutes) to beautiful west side beaches. **** we stayed in May I understand the traffic gets VERY bad in the summer.

Total privacy as apartment located on 1st floor and not overlooked. Extremely spacious, and modern. Kitchen fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine. Large outdoor dining table and loungers. Lovely welcome gift of Wine, Water and OJ.

Excellent

Very nice, clean and modern apartment. Upon arrival, they welcomed us with fruit juice, wine and water. It is close to the city. Everything is nearby, restaurants, shops. The staff is super nice and helpful. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us useful advice about the island (what to see, where to eat). We loved our time here, I would recommend the place to everyone.

We rented three apartrments. All were spotlessly clean on arrival and the maid service during our stay was excellent. Gated parking area a bonus. The apartments are adequately furnished and equipped for a short stay.

As stated above we rented three apartments. It was early April and quite chilly at night. The aircon unit in one of the apartments (No9) would not work on heat. The unit in No8 worked perfectly and the unit in No7 was very slow to heat up.

Apartament jest bardzo czysty. 3 pokoje z wygodnymi łóżkami, 2 duże nowoczesne łazienki z prysznicami i pralką, salon z dwoma wygodnymi sofami, kuchnia świetnie wyposażona z dużą lodówka i zmywarka oraz kuchenka elektryczną, duży taras z leżakami i stołem, klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, dobre WiFi. Sprzątanie codziennie, co 2 dni wymiana ręczników, co 3 dni pościel. Jeden z lepszych apartamentów w jakim spaliśmy. Mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić apartament Parallel. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Apartament jest na 1 piętrze, prowadzą do niego schody. Przed budynkiem jest duży zamykamy parking.

Vacanza rovinata

Premettiamo che abbiamo usufruito di una sola notte sulle otto pagate. La struttura - dopo nostra richiesta e numerosi solleciti a Booking – ci ha rimborsato 744 € su 1212 € (unico aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato) Avevamo prenotato con la rassicurazione reiterata che si trattava di un monolocale nuovo di zecca e “di lusso”….ma non è assolutamente così. L’appartamento era un tugurio, una stanza piccola, buia, umida, con finto parquet rattoppato in più punti, un armadio piccolo e senza mensole (tipo Ikea), di pessima qualità. Poltrone di vimini vecchie, riciclate. Spazio microscopico, claustrofobico. Il bagno (cieco) è talmente piccolo che la porta si può aprire solo parzialmente in quanto sbatte sul water. Terrazzino privo di privacy, in quanto proprio di fronte al passaggio per gli altri appartamenti. L’aspetto più grave è stata la presenza – a due metri di distanza (v. foto) – dell’adiacente pub inglese che dalle due del pomeriggio alle due di notte trasmetteva partite di calcio ad altissimo volume (oltre alle urla del pubblico tifoso), tutti i giorni, rendendo impossibile riposare. Le receptionist, inizialmente gentili, appena sono cominciati i problemi si sono dileguate. Dopo aver chiesto di cambiare appartamento, ce ne è stato mostrato uno nell’altra struttura (Helion Resort) che era vecchissimo e orribile. Eravamo esasperati dai rumori del pub, ma non hanno fatto nulla. Peraltro non c’è nessuno sul posto a cui rivolgersi, bisogna recarsi alla reception dell’Helion Resort (a 800 metri di distanza) che è aperta solo la mattina, e di domenica è chiusa. Dopo aver trascorso la prima e unica notte senza dormire, abbiamo deciso di andarcene, avvisando tramite email ufficiale sia la struttura che booking.com, senza ricevere risposta. Per ottenere il rimborso parziale abbiamo dovuto scrivere moltissime volte a booking. Non vi fidate di quello che vi dicono, gli appartamenti all’Helion Resort sono orribili, mentre quelli definiti “deluxe” sono dei tuguri rappezzati.
