1. One of the most affordable options we found on Corfu. 2. The host was very responsive and quick to answer all of our questions. 3. The house was clean and tidy on arrival. 4. The outdoor shower was fantastic – a real highlight, especially after a day at the beach. 5. Convenient location for exploring different parts of the island. The village itself is very quiet and peaceful.

1. No one was there to meet us at check-in, and there were no instructions provided beforehand. The keys were in a lockbox, but we had to contact the host to get the code, which was a bit tricky due to the weak mobile signal in the area. 2. There were no details for the Wi-Fi (name/password) on arrival, so we had to ask the host separately. 3. Although the house is close to Corfu Town, the nearby roads are very narrow with frequent traffic, including buses. Driving requires patience and sometimes reversing to let others pass. A scooter might be more convenient than a car. 4. The electrical system has limitations – using more than two high-consumption appliances at once (especially with the water heater on) can cause the power to trip. 5. We experienced mild electric shocks in the indoor shower after switching the boiler on and off. The host mentioned that a safety device is installed, but it still made us hesitant to use it, so we preferred the outdoor shower. 6. The washing machine is quite old and has been repaired a few times, but it still works. 7. The coffee machine requires specific capsules that we couldn’t find in local shops. 8. There were quite a lot of ants around the outside area, and a few made their way indoors. 9. The kitchen table is not fixed to its base and can tip over easily, so something to keep in mind. 10. There was someone's forgotten underware in the bathroom on our arrival :)
