Can't fault place at all. Clean and spacious and comfortable we had a great stay. Had everyting we needed.
Only downside was pretty long walk to downings town I myself don't mind but others in group found it hard. We had few drinks and the taxis where a nightmare jus cudnt get any so had to walk in pitch black for about 35mins up to house on a road with no path. Would not recommend. There is zero light.

The location, very comfortable beds and fairly modern bathroom. The sofa in the games room was badly worm, drab, low and uncomfortable needs replacing. The back toilet which looked to have originally been a back porch needs upgraded and modernised with much needed privacy glass, curtains very unhygienic beside a toilet. Kitchen needed revamped and I noticed several widows were left slightly open which I believe was to try and mask the smell of damp in the back of the house.
