In addition, the spa room has a walk-in illuminated LED shower, a fitness area with a gym punch bag and a pull-up bar, all of which are included in your overnight stay at no extra cost. Therefore, the spa does not have to be pre-booked separately.

This accommodation is available with a combination of “fully private occupancy” and “partially private/part shared” stays as a part lived-in home.
To clarify, this means that on occasion when your host is out working during the day or night, or socialising, the premises is fully private. At other times, your host will be present, which means that your accommodation is partially private and partially shared.
Even so, your bedroom and bathroom areas remain exclusively fully private for your use as a guest. Both rooms can be locked by you, and are not shared with the host.
The spa room is also key locked and fully private when being used by you as a guest. When not in use by you, your host will on occasions use the pool.

You are also free to use the garden, kitchen, dining, and lounge (TV) areas privately. There is a second TV in your bedroom as well as full fibre WiFi.
