Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, as described, quiet and comfortable. Good value for money, great communication prior to staying which meant having no reception was not an issue.

Car parking 5 min walk away on museum street. Hotel was perfect for what I needed however the only two issues is the heating did not work (and I was only staying for one night) and awful boiler noise all night in Room 4. Thankfully I had ear plugs. Overall lovely room however not for those who suffer from insomnia
