    Stayed here for the 2025 Christmas Markets and the location was PERFECT! A block or so from a tram station and plenty of food choices within 5 minute walk. The staff was top-notch and the hotel was very clean and well kept. The room was comfortable and spacious. Cannot say enough good stuff!!!

    Room was well appointed, excellent kitchen area. Rather cool but had supplementary heating in the bedroom. Great bathroom. Fantastic location. Generally clean but not around the margins of the carpet. Staff variable.

    Paid extra for inclusive breakfast to find none available Could have booked cheaper elsewhere. Got no sleep last night as the hotel didn’t monitor room occupancy. At least 4-6 people who were very loud until after 4.30 am this morning. Going home to catch up on sleep now At £235.00 per room per night it was shocking
