The location was great, and the place was pretty comfortable. Overall, a good value for the money. The bathroom was usually empty, so that was nice, and there were no noisy neighbors or other tenants.
The hot water wasn't consistent, so that could get old quick. Otherwise, my only other complain was that the lighting seemed to flicker a lot regardless of if it was the ceiling light or bedside lamp.
