The staff were very obliging and helped me a lot. The location was really good, I had fun exploring and found everything I needed. Shower & bed were good.
Top floor! But if I was younger, that wouldn't be an issue.
There was literally nowhere to hang anything. Not a single hook anywhere. There was nowhere to dry anything so even a small amount of laundry was an issue. I also think they could provide a lighter for the stove.

The quality/price ratio was very good. Also, I was willing to get hot water showers which I could get access to. The room was sharing the bathrooms but there were always options on the same or other floors. There was drinking water available, too. There was always someone at the reception, friendly and helpful.
My room at the last floor was in a location close to the kitchen that seemed a bit disorganized (the stairs area), but overall that was a minor issue.

Excelente ubicación y la atención del personal muy buena 👍 El lugar se siente seguro.
mala limpieza en baños y habitación, pedimos una sabana o cobija extra y no tenían, se escucha todo lo que platica tu vecino en otro cuarto, no hay closet ni ganchos para colgar la ropa, estuvimos al lado del baño y las puertas están tan pegadas que parece que están entrando a tu habitación, las puertas rechinan como casa del terror, larga espera para tomar una ducha.
