A dreadful experience i wish to forget ; rude un-caring staff , zero comfort, an environment like something from a nightmare, also next to a building site which starts work early : Left after my first night .

Avoid this place

just the location is good, besides that this place must be closed because is dirty, uninhabitable, dangerous, ugly; I know some of us want to save some money on the hostels but this was the worst experience in my life

almost everything but the worst part are the bathrooms are dirty all the time, it's poor iluminated (some hours there is not light at all)

They advertise that the staff speaks English and Spanish, they do at least speak Spanish, English was a lie. The beds felt very old, the rooms are extremely stuffy with no ac or fans for circulation, its advertised as a social hostel it did not feel like that AT ALL. One of the toilets didn't flush and it wasn't fixed or closed so it just kept having poop sit in it. The inside of the lockers were completely rusted and got rust all over EVERYTHING i put in the little doors. And there's not really room for your bags to go anywhere so everyone in my room slept with their bags in their bed.

Everything else, facilities where awful, you can see in the photos that the ceiling is falling apart, there's humidity everywhere and water collects on the floor. Awful experience

It has a good location.

I was harassed by one of the employees. The reception guy took my number from the booking information and started to message me through WhatsApp. I always felt uncomfortable every time I saw him. I was able to report him with the other guy that was at the reception. But still, I always felt a bit preoccupied while being in the hostel.

Good but it could be better.

The location is fantastic, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I like that you can enter the building 24/7.

The room I got was on the terrace, where the water tank is located. Therefore, it makes noises all the time. It was not a quiet night. the stairs are quite narrow, with heavy and massive luggage, it will be an odyssey to reach your room.

Perfect Stay and Great Service!

My stay at Roomies Parque Mexico was great! The private queen bedroom provided the peaceful environment I needed to work comfortably, plenty of bathrooms.. hot showers. Plus, the rooftop and kitchen areas were clean and convenient. A special thanks to Maria, the friendly receptionist, for going above and beyond to help me. I also like the cafe next door it has good coffee. Highly recommend this spot for it's great location and customer service.

The room didn't look even closer to the ones were on the photos. There was no window, so it was very stuffy. It was terrible and dirty. The smell of urine in the shower is absolutely disgusting. Also, it was very loud at night

The room looked much worse then in the pictures and didn’t feel clean. The bathrooms were very dirty. In general the hostel is not nice place to stay and for the same price you can find much better options.

There is low bums who been there paying rent 10 bucks a day and they stank the whole place.

They been there to take up the whole space and is never you feeling confortable in the place.

I booked a room in Roomies hostel parque Mexico. My room has been given to someone else so I had to go to Roomies hostel Condesa. I booked a room with an AC and a queen bed. I had no Ac and no queen bed.

the worst hostel that ive ever been to in the great localization. lovely lady at the reception.

its disrespectful to offer people staying in such dirty and disgusting facilities. the boss treats it obviously as a money machine because the location is great.

great location! staff very friendly and kind.

the second floor smelled like urinal cakes, there was no soap to wash your hands with and the bathroom was not clean. the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. The wifi was also very spotty, and I wasn’t able to connect unless in the kitchen or reception area.

The room setup is very weird, its actually built on a rooftop so it gets pretty cold at night. The room wasnt really clean, you can tell that its dirty by just looking under the bed. The washrooms smell bad and are not clean at all. The place looks old and not taken care of. Also, at night there is a lot noise coming from the pipes, which made it really hard to sleep.

the wifi did not work at times and the bathrooms were a bit messy with a lot of water on the floor. The beds in dorms were old and uneven, but clean. No towels included in the price.
