Stay in style at this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home bordering the Marigny and Treme. Featuring soaring ceilings, modern finishes, and a large private balcony, this retreat offers both comfort and convenience. With all three bedrooms featuring King beds, each topped with Comphy brand luxury sheets, you’ll sleep in total comfort. Enjoy rare off-street, gated parking and the perfect location, just a short walk to the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street, and the streetcar line.



The Space:

Inside, you’ll find generously sized bedrooms, sleek bathrooms, and a thoughtfully designed modern interior that blends comfort with character. With 1500 square feet, this brand new property as of October 25, includes all new furniture from mattresses to sofas! The master suite is truly luxurious, with tons of space and access to a lovely second story balcony. The open layout and high ceilings create a bright, airy feel, while the balcony offers the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, and with luxury linens and finishes throughout, you’ll feel right at home.



Tvs are throughout the home and include free streaming service with NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, and PPV events included.



Whether you’re here for music, food, or culture, this home provides the perfect base for your New Orleans adventure.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire 3 bedroom, 1500 sq foot home that is located on the second story. There is a private entrance and full balcony. This is a duplex home and tenants live in the first story home below. We have a 6 Person max occupancy at all times and ask that guests respect quiet hours between 10pm-8am daily.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of New Orleans, you’ll be surrounded by colorful Creole cottages, eclectic cafes, and live music spilling into the streets. Frenchmen Street is just blocks away, offering some of the city’s best jazz clubs, art markets, and nightlife. The French Quarter is a short stroll, where you can explore world famous restaurants, historic architecture, and endless entertainment. This neighborhood is lively, and uniquely New Orleans. The famous Sunday second lines run only a block away.



Getting Around:

With gated, off street parking included, you can easily come and go at your convenience. But with the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street, and the streetcar line all within walking distance, many guests find they rarely need a car. Rideshares are readily available, making it easy to explore Uptown, the Garden District, or City Park without the hassle of parking.

We do not host locals.

No parties or gatherings of any kind

6 Person maximum occupancy.

No smoking ANY substance inside of home including cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, cigars, etc.

$300 FINE will be charged for breaking any the above rules.

The city required decibel monitoring device is inside of the home.

This was a amazing rental. I would highly recommend staying here. The beds and bedding are so comfortable. Everything is spotless and so clean. The appliances are new. Everything works perfectly. There is a great security system. The host is kind, helpful and available. It is conveniently located to everything.
