The Space:
Originally built in 1862, this home features original exposed brick fireplaces and restored pine wood floors throughout. You can experience the whimsical nature of New Orleans with 12-foot ceilings, colorful walls, natural light, local artists’ work, and Victorian antique décor.
● Each Bedroom has a smart TV, Casper mattress, option of feather or memory foam pillows, and plush down comforters for a good night’s sleep
● Reference floor plan for accurate bedroom configuration
● 4 full bathrooms featuring 1 clawfoot tub
● Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet and central air conditioning

JAZZ FEST: This home is an easy 10 minute drive / 2.5 miles away / 15 minute bike ride from Jazz Festival (The Fairgrounds), making this a very convenient spot to explore Jazz Fest during the day, but have some peace and quiet at night.

This house was perfect for our 8 people. It was close enough to walk to the quarter, but just far enough to feel residential & quiet. The house itself was both charming & spaciousI loved the New Orleans decor and the openness of the living, dining & kitchen areas. There was plenty of everything we needed and Devin was very kind & helpful to us about things we needed & things we couldn’t figure out. I especially loved his detailed check-in & checkout instructions, as well as several printed aids in the house. I would LOVE to stay there again and 7 other family members echo that sentiment!

This place was amazing. It's in a nice quiet spot, but still close to all the action. The pool and hot tub were a great way to rest my feet after all the walking. The beds were really comfortable too. This place was the icing on the cake that was a fantastic time in New Orleans.
