The Space:
Originally built in 1862, this home features original exposed brick fireplaces and restored pine wood floors throughout. You can experience the whimsical nature of New Orleans with 12-foot ceilings, colorful walls, natural light, local artists’ work, and Victorian antique décor.
● Each Bedroom has a smart TV, Casper mattress, option of feather or memory foam pillows, and plush down comforters for a good night’s sleep
● Reference floor plan for accurate bedroom configuration

JAZZ FEST: This home is an easy 10 minute drive / 2.5 miles away / 15 minute bike ride from Jazz Festival (The Fairgrounds), making this a very convenient spot to explore Jazz Fest during the day, but have some peace and quiet at night.

We had a stellar experience staying at this beautiful property. The location can’t be beat, and the private parking made the experience truly top tier. Devin communicated with us both before and throughout the trip, and check in was a breeze. This home is truly a treasure. We loved the 15-foot ceilings, the beautiful drapes, and the artwork. The home was immaculate. The beds (and pillows) were incredibly comfortable. We visited as a group of 9 to celebrate our daughter’s high school graduation. Everyone had plenty of space, and we all enjoyed the private pool and spa. For those who enjoy a great breakfast pastry, the property is near Ayu bakery and Loretta’s Authentic Pralines. If you are considering this property, I would encourage you to book it! With a gem like this future availability is sure to be limited.

We planned our entire trip around the dates this home was available. We simply loved it. The backyard trees and pool/spa area are beautiful. The house has been well cared for and is gorgeous. The high ceilings, room paint colors, the art and a nice big kitchen too! It is a nice neighborhood full of historic homes and some nice spots to eat and drink. We hated to leave after 10 wonderful days.
