Featuring original hardwood floors, upstairs deck and a full set of amenities (smart tv, full kitchen), this second floor apartment has everything you need for your perfect New Orleans weekend!
There is another separate unit on the first floor if you have a group larger than 10 and need extra space

Street parking available, driveway shared with downstairs unit. Driveway parking is 1st come, 1st serve. Property is on a busy commercial avenue and can be noisy outside in front. Faces Hwy overpass.
This is a bustling street that hosts a large walking celebration most Sundays. It`s filled with street vendors, food, drinks and was started years ago to celebrate New Orleans Saints WINS! We encourage you to join in on the fun! There is the potential for loud noise during :)
Ubers and Lyfts are highly recommended.

10 min ride to the Super Dome (Who Dat)
15 min ride to the Lower Garden District (Magazine Street Shopping, St Charles Ave sightseeing)

Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. Lovely living room and kitchen with breakfast bar. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!
All reservations require a $500 refundable deposit.

The host was accommodating and incredibly responsive, clean home, and not a far drive to the French quarter. I was really impressed with this company!

Omgeeeee where do I begin ?! 1st, the pictures are exactly what you see !! The place was roomy & super comfy, cozy like home. And the beds & pillows !!! Everyone wanted to put them in their luggage lol. Our flight was delayed & we didnt arrive until after midnight but guess what ?! Angele made up for that by allowing us a late check out, luggage storage & then a resting space before our evening flight. It was 10 of us & we all had plenty of space. I definitely recommend this for big families or gatherings. She was super attentive & fast to respond. I can't say enough about her southern hospitality. But I will say this....BOOK IT !!!!

The house was a great find for our group. We were bringing some first-timers and this location couldn't have been better.
