Charming 3-bedroom house in Historic Treme-New Orleans near French Quarters.

This lovely, restored house was exactly what our group of friends needed for our stayin New Orleans for Jazz Fest. The property was within walking distance of the fairgrounds, and convenient to several breakfast/lunch places. The accommodationswere spotless, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. It was exactlyas represented on the VRBO website and the host was readily available. We did not use the kitchen but it was very well stocked. This home will definitely be on our radar for our next visit to New Orleans.

Great location less than 2 blocks from the edge of the French Quarter, walking distance to Frenchman street for night time fun. Very clean inside with plenty of necessary cooking items, sheets, pillows, shampoo, towels, etc. Big washer and dryer. Very nice hard wood floors. The master bedroom bathroom has a claw foot tub, 2 person shower; bedroom has a giant closet, though a dated top mattress. Easy parking and a few interesting restaurants and bars a few blocks away. Easy to take the Rampart street bus to Canal street. The location is in the beautiful Treme neighborhood close to Esplanade. Note, the top floor porch belongs to another small upstairs unit. The stairs go to a bedroom on top the master bedroom and footsteps can be heard if that guest is wearing hard shoes. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and there's a half bath by the kitchen. Note, the owner didn't give the actual address until 2 weeks before arrival, you can't find the house using Google maps, and make sure to ask the owner what else is needed before arrival (e.g. photo of front and back of driver's license). Overall, I'd stay there again for any FQ fest or Jazz fest. Great if you have a car or two also.

Lovely 3 bedroom 3 bath home with an open kitchen and a small porch for gathering. Location was perfect for going everywhere!

Very nice property that was full of modern amenities to make the stay comfortable and convenient. It was very close to the French Quarter, City Park, and many great restaurants and shops. I felt safe in the neighborhood no matter the time of day during my stay. Quick and easy communication with the host was a huge help and made the process easy.
