outside. Also, place soiled dishes in the dishwasher.
CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. CST.

This is a NON SMOKING home.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 23 years of age
unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
No Additional fees will be charged if:
a. No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage cans, and soiled
dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is
started.
d. All doors and windows are locked.
e. No linens are lost or damaged.
f. NO Early check-in or late check-out.
h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the
local law enforcement.
PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required
30 days before arrival. The BALANCE OF RENT is due 30 days before your
arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS: See VRBO policy
THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday and special events. Rentals
taken for less than two days, will be charged the two-night rate.
INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen/towel setup. Amenity fees
are included in the rental rate.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - Linens and bath towels are included.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense
will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental
money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must
be approved in writing in advance.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless:
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation
order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and
wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is
lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is
scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
*By Paying a Deposit, You agree to all terms and conditions of this
agreement.

The location was ideal, the property was notably, larger than we had expected, the property managers were very responsive and accommodating. The place itself was lovely, well appointed and fun decor. We loved the Thai restaurant just across the street, in the short French Quarter and other areas of interest.It was perfect for our large group of old friends to celebrate a birthday, spend plenty of time together in the common areas, and still have enough of our own space to retreat and relax after a late night.

This was our second stay in this property, everything was wonderful! Cute little restaurant across the street, great neighborhood. Walkable to the French Quarter plus lots of options within walking distance in the neighborhood!

This was a great place to stay. Easy walk to some really good jazz music. Not crazy about Bourbon Street, but plenty of other areas to see. The house was very clean and had nice beds and showers. Plenty of room. Easy communication with the manager and easy to get into. Highly recommend!
