Please discard all trash & rubbish and place in the garbage can
outside. Also, place soiled dishes in the dishwasher.
CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. CST.

This is a NON SMOKING home.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 23 years of age
unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
No Additional fees will be charged if:
a. No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage cans, and soiled
dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is
started.
d. All doors and windows are locked.
e. No linens are lost or damaged.
f. NO Early check-in or late check-out.
h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the
local law enforcement.
PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required
30 days before arrival. The BALANCE OF RENT is due 30 days before your
arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS: See VRBO policy
THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday and special events. Rentals
taken for less than two days, will be charged the two-night rate.
INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen/towel setup. Amenity fees
are included in the rental rate.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - Linens and bath towels are included.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense
will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental
money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must
be approved in writing in advance.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless:
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation
order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and
wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is
lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is
scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
*By Paying a Deposit, You agree to all terms and conditions of this
agreement.

Everything was just as advertised in the listing. Perfect location, easy & safe parking, a beautiful, spacious and clean home. Our family of 6 was very comfortable and enjoyed all our adventures/meals/tours and meeting great people in NOLA. Thank you to our hosts for having us!

This was the perfect spot for a classy girls trip. Beautiful, spacious accommodations with plenty of bathrooms and beds, and in a safe, convenient area. Communication with the hosts was great, and they even welcomed us with some bubbly and snacks. Thank you for the great stay!

Phenomenal spot on the corner in quaint marigny neighborhood . Spacious and enough rooms for privacy - perfect for a larger group. Very much enjoyed it and will cherish the trip.
