We booked this place for a boys' trip to NOLA and it was perfect for what we needed. The location is incredibly walkable—we were able to get to both Bourbon Street and Frenchmen Street with ease. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and communication with the property manager was excellent from start to finish.The neighborhood has a lively, authentic downtown city vibe. It’s a safe area, but it definitely feels like you're right in the heart of an urban environment, which comes with the usual city surroundings. Overall, it was a great base for our group and we’d definitely recommend it!

Great location. House nicely maintained. Close to Bourbon and Frenchman Street. Nice backyard to hang out.

There needs to a be folder with information on the house and on places you can order takeout. Also not 1 good pillow in the place. Some items need to be updated in the kitchen. Knives are all dull and can opener is broken. The pressure in the kitchen is really low. Other than that, everything was amazing and great.

The property was conveniently located near Hotel Peter and Paul where our daughter was married during the stay.The property was perfect for a family lunch the day after the wedding, particularly the outdoor space. We also walked to the center of New Orleans from the property, including visiting the majestic St. Louis Cathedral adjacent to the Jackson memorial in the heart of the French Quarter. The stay was an A. Robert B.
