To the first floor there is a large lounge with a double sofa bed, and views over the beach front. Also on this floor, you will find 2 bedrooms along with a family bathroom. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms; one en-suite. Off road parking is available for one car, with additional on road parking for others.
You are within walking distance to the local pub and amenities, and there are plenty of activities to do in the area. The Baked Bean Museum is less than a mile from the property, or for those more adventurous, there is Go Ape at Margam Park which is 5 miles from the property. The town and bay of Swansea is 5 miles away, where you can visit the birthplace of Dylan Thomas and wander around the lovely Singleton Park. Beach 350 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
