Family get together for a special occasion
Having a pool was great for the children. It's a lovely property for a family get together. Plenty of space.
The property needs a good clean. I wrote my name in the dust in the bedside lamp! lots of dead flies & a strong smell of fish when the patio door was open. The cleanliness of the property was a big disappointment.

Very enjoyable holiday which our family enjoyed
The location was excellent to explore the beautiful Gower. Comfortable accommodation but probably not worth the price tag.
Very rural, sometimes farmyard smells overpowering. We enjoyed our family holiday but there are a few issues the owners should address. The garden is overgrown with weeds, unstable paving slabs with weeds growing through, garden furniture and cushions looks tired, sofa seating actually ripped. Off putting Algae growing in the pool.

Don't expect it to be as nice as the photos!
Character property, great location although not very easy to find. Nice layout with lots of space for socialising. Two good fridges. Oxwich Bay just a few minutes drive away.
The house felt tired and neglected. Lots of things were broken, and the gardens/drive/patio were unkept with weeds everywhere. It felt like the owner doesn't care about the upkeep/maintenance of the property. Don't expect it to look as nice as the photographs! There is only one proper shower in the property which is a push if you have full occupancy, with a potential of 10 adults. Kitchen wasn't well equipped and not a sharp knife in the place. There are toy baskets just full of rubbish and incomplete games and puzzles, as well as random junk in drawers. The house needs a good sort out, and a bit of TLC and money spending on it. There are two campsites on the road up to the property, so with very narrow roads on steep inclines it can be difficult to negotiate all the traffic with limited passing spaces, so beware if you have a posh big car as you'll be very close to the ragged stone walls which is pretty stressful!
