Very comfortable, all you need Is there ,loads of room , bedrooms a nice size and beds are comfortable

Everything, great location with fantastic views. It had everything you needed, all kitchen ware and appliances you need, with lots of living space and all good sized bedrooms. The owner was really helpful, he gave us advice on directions to avoid the airshow.

The location was fabulous - close to the town and on the sea front, although fronting onto the main road so a little noisy at times especially with the windows open. The property was beautifully furnished and the kitchen well equipped. It was amply big enough for five of us in separate rooms, and could accommodate more although might be a bit snug for 10. Excellent property for a group of friends or a family of adults - less so for anyone a bit more elderly or young children.

Main issue was the steep stairs in the property, and several steps across the ground floor. Also the access from the back lane (and parking) had several high and unevenly spaced concrete steps and the handrail was overgrown with creeper so not usable. It really isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues (my elderly mum) or probably anyone with small children. On the ground floor there was no TV in the lounge - only at the end of the dining table - so we couldn't sit together comfortably in the evenings for a bit of relaxing in front of the TV.

The property was perfectly located with a fabulous view of Swansea Bay. It was very well equipped and beautifully presented. The owner responded promptly to all questions and the extra welcome touches were appreciated
