The Space:

As you enter, floor-to-ceiling windows welcome you with sweeping city views, including the iconic Coca-Cola Arena and partial views of the iconic Burj Khalifa. Natural light fills the space, highlighting the warm wooden floors and creating a bright, relaxing atmosphere.
The living room is designed for both comfort and entertaining, featuring a grey sofa that converts into a bed, a stylish leather sofa facing the HD TV, and wooden coffee tables set on a modern rug. Step out onto the large L-shaped balcony with outdoor seating — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks while enjoying the city views from above.
Next to the living area is a glass-top dining table for six, flowing into a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster and Nespresso machine — everything you need for easy meals at home.
Near the kitchen, the guest room offers a bunk bed with hotel-quality linens and pillows, unique wall art, a wardrobe and its own en-suite bathroom.
A separate laundry room is also available, providing added convenience for longer stays.

Interaction with Guests:
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.
We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.
Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 3000.
Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee.
Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 for each lost access card.
