    Apartment was good, it was clean and spacious, staff cleaned it during our stay also. Only bad thing we faced was that they didn't provide us parking access card, we used to call them at entrance and physically their staff walks to barrier and open with their own card. Sometimes we had to wait for literally 20 min, it was very annoying

    One of the most amazing hotel apartments inside Dubai Mall, with a direct and breathtaking view of Burj Khalifa. The staff are very welcoming and supportive, especially Mr. Osama Al Bakri, who was extremely helpful and available 24/7 whenever needed. The room was super clean, and housekeeping was available anytime. The hotel also has a salon and a gym, and even offers room-service salon support, which is very convenient. I absolutely love this place — it has become my regular stay whenever I visit Dubai. ⭐️✨
