Overpriced. The building needs a revamp. It’s tired and the furnishings need to be replaced. Didn’t like the amount of men loitering both in the reception area and in the common lounge behind/ after entering the securing doors.

I believe this is one of the best views you can get of the Burj Khalifa, and the apartment itself was very spacious — we truly enjoyed our stay. Mr. Mohammed was incredibly helpful and attentive to all our concerns, providing excellent service.
That said, the apartment’s furniture felt a bit outdated, with some scratches, and the living room sofa seemed quite worn. The kitchen items also had an unpleasant smell, and there was a lingering cooking odor when we first arrived. I think there’s room for improvement in these areas.
