BAD FLOOR SMELL!!

THE CLEANESS, THE LOCATION, THE FACILITIES, THE PARKING.

I checked in at 5:00 AM, as communicated to me during the booking process. Despite this, I was asked to wait in the lobby for approximately 45 minutes for the management person , while my family remained in the car at the front gate after a very long trip. The floor had a strong and unpleasant odor throughout our stay. The garbage disposal/collection system on the floor was not functioning, and trash had accumulated, causing a persistent smell. In addition, there was a severe odor coming from the bathroom sinks, making it impossible to keep the bathroom doors open. I also requested a late checkout; however, management only granted a maximum extension of 30 minutes, which was very disappointing given the circumstances.

Property location was outstanding. But have to mention tht its not hotel apartment its airbnb.. and its in residential tower so we have to follow apartments rules ..

Have to clean property on our own during d stay .. no toiletries if u r staying longer.. they provide for just one day .. its in residential tower .. not a hotel apartment, but an Airbnb..

Love it!

It was new and clean. Very well maintained and the location is very good. I watch the musical fountain almost every night from the balcony enjoying every bit of it with my coffee!

Acomodação é bem nova, com um ótimo espaço e a localização excelente, com uma linda vista para o Dubai Fontain. A senhorita Hapel nos apresentou o apartamento e se manteve à disposição para nos ajudar em todos os momentos. Recomendo demais

Pra quem vai em grandes grupos e gosta de fazer comida em casa acho que falta alguns utensílios de cozinha, mas nada que não possa ser resolvido.

موقع الشقة المطل على البرج والنافوره والقريب منهما وتوفر جميع وسائل الراحة فيها وتعاون المسؤولين عن الشقة خصوصا hapel التي كانت في قمة الذوق واللطف لتسهيل اقامتنا في الشقة

Lokacija odlična, ali šteta što oprema nije na istoj razini

Loš je raspored kreveta u sobama. Očekivalli smo sobe sve dvokrevetne sobe, a ne trokrevetne i jednokrevetnu.. Osjećao se smrad kanalizacije. Na terasi je nesigurna viseća stolica. opasna za sjedenje. Ne sviđaju nam se čupavi jastuci i tepisi za temperature 40 C. To je za planinske, skijaške lokacije.
