The door key requires a smartphone, the mattresses are worn out, the towels are dirty and have women's hair on them (meaning they haven't been washed or sanitized), the balcony chair is uncomfortable, there's no hand soap in the bathrooms, there's an external electrical wire in one of the rooms, the lounge chairs are dirty and soiled, and the pillows are uncomfortable.

Happy to stay here again. The place is a little tired and could use a refresh. But I still enjoyed my stay.

Very well situated for Dubai Mall and good views. Supermarket was opposite. Good coffee shop diagonally opposite. Staff were excellent. Beds were comfortable too.

There were 6 of us but only crockery, cutlery, glasses and cups for 4. The apartment could use a more effective air freshener.

we reserveed for 3 guests, thay know , but the apartment was prepred for 2 guests. I requested the things for the 3rd geusy, but i had to ask 2 times for reciving the towels.

The apartment needs serious renovation. Everything is old and looks dirty. We sent a list of things that was missing or broken to the host. They reacted qickly and were very kind but they couldnt solve most of the problems.

What’s makes me to get the first good impression it’s the stuff whose name is FIZAN the way how he approach and greeting and explain it was very professional and friendly how to get short my time explain all of the facilities guide me to the apartment. Ask me if I need anything even after chicken he called me and to make sure everything’s all right honestly, this is stuff was really valuable to the place and one from the best, I highly recommend this place specially because this is stuff and the place so far, it’s really nice with the magnificent view, clean and cozy available with all facilities

The shower regulator in the common bathroom won't function properly. Instead of putting it to shower,water will come out more in the faucet than shower. Less utensils and cooking pans are to be used. Not enough linens and towels for the declared numbers of occupants.

It’s just super.

I stayed here 5 days with my 4 children including infant and mom. We arrived very late and checking in was super fast. Coordinator Rita from Uganda was super helpful and very responsive. Internet was good. Here is few tips that how you make your stay super smooth: 1. Provide only adults pass picture to wasp. They ll contact you in advance of your arrival. 2. Ask for few more toiletries. (Extra) 3. When you deposit the guarantee you ll ask for pool and gym access card. That’s it. And Dubai is 00 crime city.

Dubai is out standing and every one looking for luxurious place to stay. But this apt is super nice and location is you can’t find anywhere with this price. I don’t understand why ppl not satisfied with the value of the payment!

Great for Family staycation.

The room is so spacious, location is great just near the backside of the Dubai Mall and there are accessible stores surrounding the building (Spinneys, Pharmacy, Coffee Shop) I comment Jenny (host) for her professionalism. She took good care of us until we are settled in. She is so accommodating and very helpful with our needs.

The way to log in is very, very, very bad. Not cooperative at all. They never serve the guest. They do not provide bathroom contents. They do not provide kitchen supplies. They will not accept you quickly. The person responsible for the two complexes is one person, and he handles WhatsApp remotely even while you are in the hotel, and he does not respond to you until after a long time. They force you to send your documents and personal proofs via WhatsApp before arriving to unknown numbers so that you can be logged in even when you are booked from Booking. If you do not do so, your reservation or entry will not be registered until you arrive, and then you are rewarded with waiting long hours to wait for the official to respond via WhatsApp or until he starts his shift and comes to the reception and asks them. Checking in and all this while you wait in the lobby until they start checking in. There is no dropping off bags in the evening.

I didn’t like cleaning issue they don’t clean apartment at all for the whole 5 days or changing towels or provide soap or shampoo first I reversed this place by mistake I thought it’s hotel but I loved it location so nice but issue no service at all but my host Faizan was a good guy but my only issue the room service no service at all

The location was excellent but the staff and facilities were not up to scratch.

The location of the Hotel was perfect 👌. Nonetheless the location of the room should have been at high floor and over looking Khalifa tower and the fountain but we were allocated 3 Rd floor over looking at back side. The excuse was this was a mistake and they would shift us the flowing day. As we unpacked we were not in a mood packing again and shifting.. Furthermore the utensils were very limited. We had to buy some ourselves.

Our stay was good but wish the apartment was better prepares to receive guest.

The location was epic. strategic location at the Central point with an amazing view directly to the water fountain.

It was not the best service, The respond time was too slow, for example, I have requested for a broom to sweep the apartment, It was given to us 5 days later, which is at day before my departure. That’s very bad.
