I left, I didn't stay here.

My experience with this property was disappointing. There was a delay at check-in, which was inconvenient after traveling. More concerning, however, was that the apartment I received did not match the photos shown in the listing. It was noticeably smaller and had an unpleasant smell. The overall standard did not reflect what was advertised. Although the booking was non-refundable, I chose to leave because the condition of the apartment was not acceptable. When I raised the issue with management and requested a refund, they insisted it was the same unit shown in the photos and declined any reimbursement. The discussion was not handled professionally. As a result, I had to book alternative accommodation at additional cost. I would recommend future guests carefully review their expectations before booking.

Beautiful place

We had such a beautiful stay at this apartment. The location truly doesn’t get better — just minutes from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, and the biggest highlight was being able to watch the fountain show right from the balcony. Seeing the lights and music from above felt almost cinematic. The apartment itself was spotless, incredibly spacious, and finished to a very high standard. Everything felt premium — from the furniture to the linens — and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain the space. It felt luxurious yet comfortable at the same time. If you’re looking for somewhere central, elegant, and with that iconic Dubai view, this is absolutely the place. We would 100% stay again.

Unforgettable Stay with Skyline Serenity

We had a truly wonderful stay at Burj Khalifa Bliss, managed by the Skyline Serenity Team. Staying on the 43rd floor was an absolute highlight, as it offered a breathtaking, full view of the Burj Khalifa and the spectacular fountain show, which we enjoyed every day. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to the Boulevard area, making it very convenient for family walks and outings. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay with our kids especially enjoyable. On the ground floor, there are also several shops where you can easily buy daily essentials, which was a great added convenience. A special thanks to Sajin, who was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely helpful, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making our check-in and overall stay very smooth. Overall, my family and I truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, a prime location, and an unforgettable Burj Khalifa

Perfect stay

We had an amazing stay in this clean, modern, 5-star apartment with a stunning view of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. It was the perfect choice for our family of 7, with plenty of space and comfort for everyone. The living room was very spacious, and all three bedrooms had a beautiful view, which made the experience even more special. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we would definitely choose this apartment again.

Skyline treated me as a customer.. I want my money back they took my money without legal justificati

I am very upset with the way the hotel management dealt with me, specifically Skyline.. 1- I left the hotel on 21/7/2025 at 12:00. They said that they would refund the security deposit of 1030 dirhams to me within 7 working days. Unfortunately, they ignored refunding the amount. I contacted them and they promised again to work on it. Until today, they have not refunded the amount. I reviewed the bank every day and also yesterday. Unfortunately, they did not transfer the amount. This is considered theft of the customer’s money and inappropriate behavior from them.............2- Even when I left I didn't find a luggage cart to carry my things. I spoke to the receptionist and he said this is Skyline's responsibility. I contacted Skyline and they said this is not our responsibility. I contacted the receptionist. Unfortunately, the customer has to wait until Skyline responds. They don't respond directly. Unfortunately, I didn't get the luggage cart until after screaming. I found a Saudi resident there who was very upset as well....-3-It was a bad experience with Skyline and I am sure there are others who are as upset as me with their services.. Please when I book through Booking.com all hotels refund the deposit within 72 hours and sometimes 5 working days... Unfortunately Skyline until today they are still withholding the deposit amount. This is theft. I want my deposit back as soon as possible. They said that they transferred the amount and said to check with the bank. I swear that I checked with the bank and no amount has arrived..4-You have all the WhatsApp conversations. My family cleaned and arranged their rooms before leaving, and we consider this our duty. Skyline thanked us for that. After all this, do they treat me in this unprofessional manner that does not express respect for the customer?

Appartement est très bien situé, de bonne taille, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du Dubaï Mall. La vue sur les fontaines la nuit est très appréciable ! Nous avions omis de demander le lit bébé, et à notre arrivée nous l'avons fait, il a été livré dans l'heure.

Le lit n'était pas inconfortable mais l'appartement pourrait gagner en qualité en offrant une literie plus agréable. Il est légèrement vieillissant. La cuisine est très grande mais les placards sont tous vides (juste quelques couverts et une casserole) c'est dommage dans notre hébergement précédent l'hôte a veillé à mettre à disposition des voyageurs tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine et cela a été très appréciable surtout lorsqu'on voyage avec des bébés (épices, petit panier de bienvenue). Mettre à notre disposition quelques jouets pour enfant/bébé est une attention TRES appréciable également.

رائحة الشقه مجاري تعامل الموظفين عن طريق الواتساب فقط ويصعب التعامل معهم يطلبون مبالغ اضافيه كتامين والسداد عن طريق روابط ولم تكن مقبوله تاخير في تسجيل الدخول طلب تسجيل الخروج الساعه 11 صباحاً وتم خصم مبلغ من التامين ووعدوني بارجاع باقي المبلغ ولم يوفوا بذلك حتى هذه اللحضه .. لايوجد تنظيف للشقه.. عل العموم كانت اسوأ اقامة
