Super Lage wenn man in der Nähe des Burj Khalifa wohnen möchte bzw. in der Innenstadt wohnen möchte. Vorteilhaft ist auch das es keinen Baulärm in der Nähe gibt. Vermieterin sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Für die vielen Wohnungen/Apartments im Hochhaus sind die drei Aufzüge dann doch wenig, so dass man immer mit einer gewissen Wartezeit rechnen muss, abhängig von der Uhrzeit.

The location is great for this apartment, it's located directly in downtown and in walking distance from many restaurants, cafes, and the Burj. Hanna was also very quick to respond when we had some issues checking into the property. There is a small shop directly at the entrance to the building, which has all of the essentials and is open 24/7. That was very convenient!

- The towels and bed linens smelled clean but they are old and have stains on them. - The water in the shower was very warm at the best of times, and cold during the worst moments (in the evening, when everyone is showering). - The water from the shower goes all over the bathroom because of the design of the shower. Not a total disaster, but not the best experience either to have a small flood after every shower. - The building is overcrowded. You have to wait several minutes for the elevator to arrive; sometimes more than 5. And it takes several minutes to go either up or down because the elevator stops so much along the way. - The restaurant/bar on the rooftop is sometimes closed for private events.
